Not too impressed if I'm being honest
Not even a hello when you walk in, everyone too busy in their phones. Went in for a warranty investigation, ended up with an £80 bill to lube up a button I could have done that myself. Won't be taking it back there.

Purchased a 15k Ducati, poor experience.
Purchased a 15k Ducati, after getting it home and checking it over it turned out it had been dropped and the gear lever bent. Due to heading on a trip I had to order a new one next day.
Destination promised to cover the cost but after chasing multiple times I never received the refund.
Supposedly a full check of the bikes was done including an oil service but the service book wasn’t filled in and of course this bent lever. I don’t trust the bike was checked over at all.
Maybe I’m expecting too much from dealers these days but I’d be wary of buying in the future from Destination.

I had my Triumph Bonniville serviced and MOT
I had my Triumph Bonniville serviced and MOT last month. I can honestly say they were brilliant in every detail and I was very happy with the friendly and knowledgeable staff that I dealt with at that time.
I did leave a negative review last year regarding trying to organise an MOT and service without success, however, this year they were first class and did me proud and I regret my negative comments from the previous year.
I also returned today to have my service record stamped because I had forgotten to bring it with me at the time it was completed. Again the dealership was very courteous and helpful and also let me use their phone to call home on another matter.
I would definitely recommend Destination Triumph to everyone looking to have work done on their motorcycle or indeed purchasing from their vast range of accessories.
A Triumphant Experience
I purchased a pre-reg Street Triple from their Dorset branch about 3 months ago, despite some not very good reviews on the company.
Sophie on Sales dealt with my inquiries, answering my questions and created a personalised video of the bike for me.
Deciding to buy the bike unseen, all steps were explained, in a timely manner and delivery arranged, taking into account a delay for my holidays. The delivery occured as planned and all paperwork & details came with the bike (which was immaculate). Good communications throughout. Subsequent questions I emailed over were answered promptly and courteously.
At the 600 mile mark was serviced at the Washington branch (also a good experience), with a clean bill of health.
All in, my experience was great and could not have been better. A special thanks to Sophie for a great job!

No attention to detail and dishonest
I Booked a service 3 weeks in advance but they did not replace the air filter as it was out of stock but didn't tell ME THEY hadn't done it, I only noticed when I checked the service sheet, however they did bill me for a new air filter, this is the the most expensive service I have ever had nearly £900, they admitted it was their mistake and requested bank details to process a refund. Despite 3 email reminders this never materialised. Not having a basic part in stock with plenty of notice is pretty poor but to pay for something you don't receive and not get refunded is appalling. I have had to contact my bank for a charge back. When you spend that amount of money I would expect better service, Would never use again.
