Ordered some levers that and the box unfortunately arrive pretty banged up, as they weren’t well packaged in shipment, and I felt they were possibly used. After raising my concern I swiftly got a call... See more

Destination Motorcycles Triumph Dealer Fareham
Having had a near 20 year gap from motorcycling I had recently been inspired to purchase an adventure bike, something I have always wanted to do after watching early series by Ewan McGregor and Charlie Borman. After lots of research I decided I wanted a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro, new or used. Deciding on a new model I visited “Destination Motorcycles” in Fareham, Hampshire.
One of the sales advisors James introduced himself and asked if I needed any help, and of course I did, James was highly motivated, engaged and more than willing to answer all my questions, he gave me sound professional advice and at no point did I feel pressured to make any purchase decisions, on the contrary James advised me to go away and think things over with the suggestion of a road test on my chosen model.
I returned the following week and indeed had a road test for one hour, it didn’t take the full hour for me to decide I had to have this bike.
Placing a deposit there and then for a bike that they had in stock James went to work quickly to get me on the bike ASAP. After only one week James had sorted everything and I was invited down for the hand over, which itself was fantastic, my new bike in the middle of the showroom covered up in a black silk sheet. 🥰 Now, this is the part where I feel James excelled with his customer service, James talked me through every single detail of the purchase, every single detail of the bike and even demonstrated all the features of the bike with me, a real gent.
I highly recommend Destination Motorcycles in Fareham, especially James he is a real credit to that company, I will be spending more money there very soon! 5* (the coffee there is also outstanding) 😉
Poor communication
Poor communication, absence of timely delivery or conclusion of issues, which can happen anywhere, no size guide available online. Personal contact on the phone was good but no conclusion is disappointing.
I love my new bike…
Great experience purchasing my new bike from Destination Triumph Solent. Marcus has been very helpful and I'm very pleased with my lovely new bike
Exactly as described
Exactly as described. Fast delivery in good condition. Great Triumph product and same YKK zip as used by Roadskin, so can mix and match jeans/jackets easily
Went to destination triumph…Sales
Went to destination triumph Christchurch to purchase a tiger sport 800 . The sales team were no where to be seen eventually the service manager found one.
I did get a test ride on the new 800 and i loved it. When i returned after the ride again no sales person could be found.
Eventually had a chat with a sales person and we discussed figures he wanted me to say yes there and then so i told him to email me the figures and i will let him know soon as.
Next day no figures didn't here a thing. I then contacted Taunton Triumph who gave me a much better deal and couldnt do enough to help.
Forgot to say i emailed them twice before i went and they didnt reply.

Took a long time for parts to arrive as back ordered. Not their fault, but at no point was I informed on progress without me chasing them.
Also as heated grips were ordered they could have swapped the order to the 800 tiger ones which could have been supplied, they are the same grips.
Absolutely awful service and treatment. …
Dorset branch have got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. After spending vast amounts of money with them, they still treat customers with total disregard. Paid in full for a new motorbike and took 3 months before I could get it. After all the waiting around and being ignored by the dealership, it eventually arrives without half the extras, for which I paid. I even spoke to Triumph directly, which hasn’t helped with their attitude. They ignore your calls, emails and any correspondence. I live nearly an hour from the shop, and the only way to get an answer from them, is to turn up at the store. I love the Triumph brand and own 2 bikes, but the experience I have been given by this store, I will not be buying another Triumph. So sad how a company like Triumph, let a dealership ruin their reputation 😫
Second new bike purchase from Solent…
Second new bike purchase from Solent branch and the service has been faultless on both occasions. Prompt and professional communications and a good p/ex offer. Dean and the team are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Outstanding servicw
Just picked up my Tiger 660. Outstanding service from Dean. Couldn’t have been more helpful and would definitely recommend.
Destination Triumph Solent/Fareham
Amazing service as always from Dean and Marcus. This is my third bike from these guys now and they never disappoint. Go out of the way to cater to your needs and help you get the bike your after. The whole team at the Solent/Fareham branch are fantastic, polite and efficient. Most important of all, no hard sell. Good selection of second hand bikes so if a triumphs not what your after it can still be worth a visit. Honestly cannot recommend enough, I'll push everyone I can their way in confidence. If Carlsberg made bike dealerships then this is the one!!!

Grat service and professional advice…
Grat service and professional advice from start to delivery.Sophie Pollard was very courteous and assisted all through my bike purchase.Grat service very professional and I would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a bike contact these first.Thankyou Josh for the prompt delivery during very bad weather.
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, mind you the way things are going, they’ll shut up shop like the other Triumph dealers who have packed up recently.
Diabolical service and business ethics, makes you wonder who and why anyone would want to go there tbh. Either they know their jobs aren’t going to last or the staff just don’t care and are just simpleton wage takers. A lot of bad press for this dealer but I gave them a chance and was proved why I was told to avoid them!
