They showed up on time and did a great job removing stains and smells from my truck that was used by a smoker for almost a year. Very happy.

Second time we used the service. 1st time was for the company service van. Tech that day was fabulous. Called yesterday for 10:00 Appt today to get my car done. Tech was on time and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

Scam I was charged twice, and they will not give my money back.

Service was rescheduled to later time frame and they barely made that.
Ordered premium interior. Vacuuming was sub par. Stuff still under seats.
Seats were only surface cleaned.
Windows were very streaky.
I filed complaint and they would not do a a re-do. Only offered a $75 refund

I was given a quote for service, after sending pictures of inside of car. The technician never showed up at our home. I got a call from Avery who apologized and said he would come the following day. He said I'd get a $50.00 discount on the fee for the inconvenience. When Avery showed up the next day, he quoted me more money for service. Then he left to 'get a tool to take out car seats' to remove mold. He never came back and I got a call from the company wanting to charge $150.00 more for a total of $600.00 just to remove mold and detail inside of car. I said ok, and they never came back.. I've since hired another company for half the price. I think this is a bait and switch company and I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

My technician did an outstanding job on my daughter’s car. Detail.com is definitely a broker that contracts out with local techs. And of course you pay a little more for the service, but if you were like me and don’t know any good mobile retailers then they are definitely worth it. Their website experience was great and they coordinated same day appt. Their communication on initial arrival window and subsequent follow up’s to narrow down arrival couldn’t have been better. My tech did an amazing job for the package price agreed upon. Online payment options were also smooth and easy. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.

The 2 guys that came out were on time, friendly and professional. The service on the other hand was way over priced. Bought the titanium pkg @ $459. Not really sure what sets it apart from the $250 pak right below it. I asked for my rugs not be shampooed and honestly they didn't need it however I was charged the full price 459 still. The appt booked for 4 hrs, they were done in 1. Bottom line the car looked good but not $459 good. I wouldn't pay that extra amount again.

Amazing work! The gentleman who cleaned my car did an incredible job on it. He got in every nook and cranny and it looked brand new by the time he was done. He took his time to do it right.

The car was amazing looking I only gave it 3 stars because the upholstery wasn’t clean like where the panels was and the roof of the car I also had to go back over with my steamer to remove some spots the person was unable to remove

Ordered the Platinum service states hand applied wax. This is a spray no buffing by tech so complete garbage. Totally misleading overpriced service. I paid $50 for a similar service at car wash not $255. They subcontract so who knows what they pay the actual company that shows. Interior was decent but I said I was not going to be happy after I saw him finish the exterior and no buffing, but he didn't do anything except try to upsell me. He did leave me my credit card, change and bills that I had stuffed in pockets so that was nice he was honest in that way, but I won't use this service again.

I had a ton of change (around $10) in my console I neglected to remove before the service. After the service, it was gone. I didn’t want it back but thought I should at least let the owner know. I made my position clear that I didn’t need it, want a refund, or even a sorry. I just wanted him to know before someone who would make an huge deal out of it got ripped off. He argued with me, sent me pics of my console in the closed position saying it was proof. He took it as a personal attack. I had to end up blocking him. Good detail otherwise.

I've booked them three times. The first time was OK, but nothing special. The second and third times they never showed up. They texted arrivals times that came and went, and just never showed up. Take your vehicle to someone who will actually do the job.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Kept me updated on arrival. Did an outstanding job no rush work. Will definitely recommend and use again. TY!

I've used this company before for my wife's car. I decided to book the platinum package for my car. $325 is a bit high, but I thought the techs did a decent job previously. The day before my scheduled service, I received a call from Pennsylvania letting me know they need another $250 because my car was too dirty??? Instead of the $325 advertised price, they wanted $575!! I canceled immediately. The techs essentially work for tips, this isn't a local company...they sub their services out. Find and actual local company that has integrity. $575 for a detail is ridiculous.
