They resolved my issue

Received the first of the two cases I ordered and the experience was super fun for our group of three. Went straight in for the kill (pardon the pun) with the hardest cases and we did get the killer and motive correct on our first one which am proud of us for. :) There were plenty red herrings and only feedback I'd give is to advise which social media platforms are in play as we had to use hints a bit more than we'd have liked in some areas. Overall though, highly recommend for a fun evening and we're hoping our second case arrives soon as we are now in the zone and have the appetite and experience to dive into it right away! A cool experience giving some relief from the standard binge watching/social media doom scrolling ways of passing the time among friends and family these days. Keep bringing more cases please, over here we're certainly excited for more!

The presentation of the kit was fun and I liked all the pieces of evidence they provided, it did make you feel like a detective. The content however was meh, you were given envelopes with assignments that were also part of a narrative that made it feel like they were holding your hand and leading you through the case which also directly excluded certain suspects and took away from being able to speculate and work your way through the case on your own. The way to solidify the murderer was extremeeeemely far fetched and the 'evidence' to convict them was super gappy even though they mentioned a few times that you'd need concrete evidence to 'convict them'.
I've had better experiences from free murder mysteries online and for the price tag expected much better.

Such a fun thing to do and so involving! This was our first of these but absolutely not the last. Highly recommended! A+++

We bought Bank Heist and looking forward to purchase the rest.
The Customer Service was AMAZING and even if we had a problem with the initial order they helped us a lot to find a solution.
I would recommed 100% to participate in this gaming experience.

Interesting murder cases!
I just solved Murder in World Tour with a group of friends and it was a really nice experience.
For people in Switzerland the order takes a bit longer to arrive than expected, but it will arrive in the end. Customer Support Service was friendly and helpful.
I ordered the bundle with three cases and solved them all over the last year, and I just ordered two more.

PS: this time, they arrived super fast! 7/5 would recommend.

So much fun and the perfect date night activity. So much love for details and a great way of solving the mystery step by step. Definitely getting another one!!

My cousins and I have now tried all currently released cases and they're all really well made.

Delivery can take a while, between 2 to 4 weeks is our experience. The long delivery time is not caused by the team, but international postal services.

We hope that more cases will come in the future!

The favorites are the Yacht, Cult and bank heist cases.

I ordered in December, just before Christmas, hoping to receive it by New Years so we could play the game with friends. When I still hadn't received it mid-Jan, I sent them an email and was told to be patient, that it can take a while to arrive, they were on holiday too, etc. They couldn't help until it had been 30 days after they had sent it. So I waited. and waited. and waited. Then I sent them another email, and they told me that there must be something wrong with my address (there wasn't). Now I have been asking for a confirmation, and its gone silent. It's only excuses, and its now been 3 months without anything in hand.
I truly believe that the reason they don't provide tracking is because they never had any intention of sending anything. SCAM!

I purchased a kit in december 2024 and I played it with my boyfriend not long ago. The game was high quality, however the answer was already inside envelope A. So you can imagine it was quite disappointing, especially for the price.

First things first, just a hint for anyone waiting for their package: try checking the post office. I thought my parcel was lost, but it was just sitting at the post office. I ordered on the 14th of February and hadn’t received anything by March. I decided to stop by the post office just in case, and sure enough, there they were. Both packages had been there for days. Honestly, I'd rather pay for tracked shipping.

I ordered World Tour and Cult. Played the Cult one yesterday, and it's so much fun. The production quality is insane, the documents and web pages feel authentic. The writing (and/or translation) is also good.

While the story itself feels a bit naive, the logic and quality of the hints and their progression feel natural, especially the way earlier evidence ties in with the new objectives. It took us three hours to complete the game (two people).

Overall, a very positive experience. I ordered two of the hardest ones to solve, and they felt like just the right level of difficulty.

I ordered my item on 14th November because I wanted it to arrive for Christmas. I never received my order. I e-mailed them many times and they always pushed the blame on my address. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my address or mailbox. They had 1,5months to fix their mistake but "couldn't do anything" When I received a promo e-mail from them saying they offer 2 day express shipping I asked them about it so I could still get it for Christmas (I was still hopeful they were a good company...) and didn't get a reply. I requested a refund after Christmas...

Save your money. For me, this was an extremely disappointing experience as they didn't even attempt to fix their problem. Customer service = nihil.

Team has been incredibly responsive and proactive, keeping me updated throughout the process and addressing all my questions promptly and professionally. I purchased it some time ago, and while I haven’t received it yet, their exceptional customer service deserves recognition.

Highly recommend them for their excellent service!

Case: murder on luxury yacht.

Good: quality of materials and customer service. General game play.

Spoiler alert! Do not continue if you want to still play the case!

Less good: we spend hours finding proof for something which was just based on a possibility (too simple). Also the definitive murderer solution did not realistically add up to the walking and viewing routes of the other people around.

Very fun and a good time

The game was so much fun, spend a great afternoon solving the mystery… plus we had trouble with delivery and the customer support was absolutely great and helpful

Very well made: from the realistic looking carton file, to the newspaper, the pictures, suspects and witnesses statements and all the rest. The real websites' addresses, hidden in the evidence, that might contain clues are just the cherry on top.
Very intriguing and engaging: the case is very well designed and, in my opinion, fairly difficult to solve. Granted, I played this one alone, I had to use almost all the hints provided and apparently this was the easiest of all the available cases.
Only suggestion I have: please make a courier shipment available, even if for an extra cost! I appreciate the fact that the company wants to keep the shipment free but not everywhere the postal service works well. I've ordered 2 cases 3 weeks ago, only one of them arrived and for whatever reason the second one went missing. The post office might have just found it but I'll have to go and retrieve it on Monday, almost a month from my order.
In conclusion: 5 stars, highly recommended!

Very fun and immersive! About 2 1/2 hours before solving for 2 people, the extra touches of being able to visit the websites are very cool. Would love to try another case.
