Hello! I bought the yellow Sorpasso Chrono Giallo with the silver mesh bracelet, wow! I am very happy with my purchase, it is magnificent and in addition I had 2 sentences engraved on the back of the watch, fast delivery from Philadelphia on Saturday 6/7 and received on Thursday 11/7 in northern Quebec wait for my birthday. excellent service, fast and efficient

Do I like Detomaso watches? Well, I just bought my FOURTH! Great style, quality and service. Bravo!

I emailed Detomaso Watches several times and received personal responses. I bought 2 watches; one was solar powered with a watch band and a case made from recycled plastic from sea shores and/or the ocean. A triple whammy!!

I didn't know this watch brand. I came across some advertising on social media and immediately visited their website. The next day, I ordered a model that I liked. I am very satisfied with the watch and the design. It stands out

I wrote a review a number of days ago about how slow shipping was. Advertised as 3-5 days and took over two weeks.
That being said, I received my olive green/orange bordered face, metal bracelet watch today, and I think it is a very, very cool watch.
At first, I wasn't sure but after looking at it for a couple of hours it is a great, unique looking watch. Especially for the price and unlike anything else I have.
Most of my collection revolves around Tags and Movados, but I do like unusual watches like this. Not a Rolex, Patek, etc. wearer (mainly because if I lose a watch or it's stolen I don't have too much grief over it) and this fits what I like.
Because of the style and uniqueness I give this one a 5. Will check in later to review how it holds up.

Took awile to get here but was just as described. Excellent watch and works perfectly. Had a problem adjusting it ( the band) but was sent a link to show the adjustment and now I know how to do it and couldn't be happier.Thank you.

Overall the experience was good. The product is solidly built and matches description. I did almost give 4 stars, however, because my order took longer than I expected even though their website said they were taking time off for 4th of July. That being said, once they were back communication was strong and my watch was on its way reasonably fast. I have tried the watch with multiple straps and it pairs well with various colors.

Selection was the only hard part of my purchase. Had so many options took a while to just pick one.Easy purchase and quick delivery.
Very happy with my selection. Great watch. Love the color and style. Many complements. Have had the watch for 6 months and no problem.
Think the watch is high quality for the price. No problems about making a new purchase.

Design of the watch, and ease of contacting the company

Ordered a watch and a band. I received the email receipt which stated I would be getting the tracking details very soon. Those never came so I emailed the company and received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. They didn’t so I called within their business hours and the answering machine said they were not accepting phone calls — only emails “to provide more efficient service for their customers”. I emailed once more and heard nothing. Finally I reported the transaction to the BBB and what do you know, when the BBB sent them an email, I got an email saying the order was shipped and received it two days later. Watch seems pretty nice to begin with but clearly a scam. Don’t buy fro Detomaso, and if you already have, save those emails and receipts, don’t be scared to report to the Better Business Bureau.

Love my Detomaso watch. It’s striking, well engineered and I experienced great customer service.

Great watch delivered on time Great design

Recently I purchased a VOLTRE CHRONO FIRST EDITION WHITE BLUE D14-03-73 for my son's birthday. Great smart looking metal watch with contemporary but still classic design. There was an added bonus of having a limited time discount too, hence making it a great value! Order delivery was swift as well. My son likes it a lot! Thank you.

I ordered a watch on July 5 and the confirmation email said it would be delivered in 3-8 business days. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email and despite the website stating to contact customer service via email or by phone (and someone would respond), the phone number is disconnected, and I have yet to receive a response to my email requesting an update. I even reached out to the parent company (Zeitgeist) and no response. The bad reviews about this company and its customer service are spot on.

Easy ordering, Fast delivery and the watch is exactly how it was presented on the photos and in the description.
I made a mistake in my adress, and this was corrected quickly.

Watch your money go into a black hole. Sure, you might get a watch, and that watch may or may not work. Better to spend money on a trusted brand. I tried to get an update on my order. Heard back a month later.

Gave my wife the watch for Christmas. It's already broken 7 months later. Absolute garbage construction.

The WORST customer service ever! I'm a watch collector and receive watches from literally all over the world. I ordered a watch from this company on May 16 and received confirmation the next day. The watch never shipped. I emailed them a few weeks later and was told they just had "one more" check to be sure my watch was perfect. They have no phone service, just a voice mail that says they only answer calls a few hours per day. I finally had to email and give them an ultimatum. They chose to cancel my order (one of the options I gave them). My credit card was credited within a reasonable period of time. Apparently, it now takes longer to ship to the midwest US from Philadelphia than from Germany, Switzerland or Hong Kong...go figure.

The website claimed that the watch I ordered was ready to be delivered within a week back in Feb. Twice, these dates changed without me being notified, I found out only by checking the website. Eventually lost patience and cancelled the order. It has been almost 3 weeks since that was processed and I haven't received the refund, nor am I getting any responses from customer services.
