Never received my package, I reached out numerous times for almost 3 weeks regarding it, they said they had to contact FedEx, I never heard anything, so I reached out AGAIN… Detroit Axle informed me they denied my claim because I supposedly received my package. I never received an email or anything stating it was denied. Their customer service is terrible & I’m out $120!

I have always had good luck and good service from Detroit axle until this order.
I entered my car information (2011 kia sorento EX)
And placed the order for front brake pads.
I received brake pads were not correct.
When I called DA to inform that I received the wrong parts, I spoke to a man that said I had ordered pads for a BMW.
I told him that I entered my vehicle information, like I always have, and some how received the wrong parts.
In not so many words he advised that it was MY fault and informed I would be charged a restock and handling fee.
I'm not happy at the moment.
I could have waited for an exchange, but knowing it was NOT my fault, O'Reilly got my business today.
Sorry, had to vent.
But I am 100% sure that i entered my vehicle info correctly and feel this was a website issue

So far, so good! Purchased a pair of struts for my old Chrysler 300M in Italy and I must say, thur far the price and services have been excellent: I was promised a Thursday delivery and that was accomplished. The unfortunate part is that their service ended in NY. Now, I have to ship all to Italy at my cost. Maybe, it would benefit DA to contract out with a Courier as USPS or UPS and incorporate that line item cost as an ‘added’ service to those need that service. Nevertheless, I’m greatly satisfied and would recommend

I recently ordered an CV AXEL For my 2016 ford escape, when it was time to place the part it was the wrong part. I call Detroit Axel and talk to customer service, after he look it up all my information, he claim they have shipped the wrong, Now I spoke to 4 different customer service employees 2 hung up on me and 2 said am not getting a refund that is not on their policy to get refund...I ask to speak to a manager, and he answer was you still not gonna get a refund and hung up on me...I followed the reviews before I order ,I followed the loyalty they claim to have, now am stuck with this part. Can anyone help...
