I will never buy anything from this company again. They sent the wrong rotors and brake pads to me and I sent them back because they did not fit. They sent me a picture of a product that was not the product I sent back and now they refuse to give me my refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I ordered 4 rotors and break pads for my 2019 Tundra. They work great and no problems with the install.

Ordered parts for my vehicle on 3/31/2026. Parts where sent in fashionable time. Unfortunately the box I received was destroyed from the shipping company. Upon going through the box items where missing. I called Detroit Axle immediately and filed a complaint. I spoke to Kevin Hamilton which listened to my concern and helped me file the complaint. It took about 5 minutes to send pictures and documentation to him. He immediately missed new replacement parts to me with all documentation. It was nice to get this issue taken care of. I've ordered many times from this company and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately they can't control shipping companies.

Have used you in the past with great success so it's what made me use you again.

Detroit Axle always have the brake parts I need at a great price with great shipping

I recently ordered struts and a front and rear brakes pad and rotors kit for a 09 crv and the parts showed up on time and fit perfectly, very happy with the parts I recieved

Did not receive my package although it says delivered

Updated - After I sent emails back and forth and sent them the proofs of everything, they refunded me.
Unfortunately, I ordered rotors and brake pads when the day my car got hit and became total loss. And their packages came 2days after the accident and I returned it untouched and unopened,but they told me one of the part is terribly used. How should I use since my car was not drivable anymore? They told me they couldn’t refund me for that, now I felt so irritated that they were kinda accused me of returning a used parts. Such a bad experience. I don’t even want to give a one star. I think I got scammed from them.

I have been ordering parts from Detroit Axle for a few years now I have no complaints . They are very helpful and the parts I have ordered have been great quality and they stand behind what they sale.

I love ordering from Detroit axle. The parts are shipped fast and usually recieved within a few days

Tech was very helpful. Quick, easy, good price and the shipping was free. Cost was about 1/3 of what A. Zone and O'Reilly .

This is not my first order however it was placed on hold and customer service chat reps refused to correct it this time..

The parts for my vehicle were an exact fit and works great. The shipping was very fast also.
