Thanks to BRE VEM WALES, I was rescued and my lost funds were recovered.

I send 500 CHF to my account at DFX and they stopped my transaction saying that they need to call me. I have received no call since the 26th and they dont answer to my support tickets. Terrible customer support, terrible service

EDIT. The only person who deserves a raise is Mr. Wendel, he was the only person that helped me. Seems like they are having age discrimination.

Nothing works, don't use this, even if you manage to buy something it won't be delievered.

They wrote I can transfer 100 000 in a year but blocked my account after a couple of small transfers "you sent too many times"

The service received the money but didn't provide assets that I paid for. The excuse was that "my wallet is empty"

Received my money. Didn't pay out crypto. Forced me to refund and lose money. Highly not reliable service.

I paid them two times almost two weeks ago and crypto is still not delivered. Support department stopped answering a week ago.

I was normally buying crypto and stayed well bellow limits they specified. At some point they stopped delivering my orders. Support over a week doesn't give any meaninful answer, only "System detected some unusualities" as if they are not in control of their own service.

Everything went wrong. When I tried to buy monero they didn't sell it to me because first time I used their service I bought monero for my friend who didn't know how to do it. Now that I used my own bank account they "refunded" the money, but when I have been talking to support to give my money back for a week NOTHING has happened. DON'T USE THIS SITE. They will hold your money for stupid reasons so better not to use it. There are better options available THIS IS THE WORST.

Absurd fees. Selling ZCHF to receive my CHF in my bank account costs me 40 CHF!

I been trying to sell my ETH and this is not possible. It seems like it goes through but the amount is being reflected in my account.
Then I tried with a bigger amount then what I have available it still goes through and how is this possible??
Selling more funds then what I have available...

I had some problems at the beginning but they helped me very much and also good im very glad they responded fast too

was unaware of the tije it take to be synchronised hence why i left a negative review before but it actually works and is genuine and i apologise... for the bad review.. obiously quicker synchronsied would be beneficial and also that they were open and and traded on wk ends ..

I tried to buy some Monero, but the process took days. I delivered all the documents for KYC, but in the end they reimbursed the funds to my bank account because they suspected fraud (which makes no sense). I'm completely done with DFX!

They have been very good, no issues at all. Its a bit of a leap of faith. But no issues and they will deposit the coin in 24 hours into your cake wallet.

I don't often write reviews, but this company really deserves one. Their technical support is fantastic, and they even have a Telegram channel to support clients. Even when I had a KYC issue, they released my crypto. They're a reliable company.

This is literally the best Monero Service within SEPA room. Every single support request was fixed in minutes. Great Telegram Support.
