Ordered part on urgent delivery cost…
Ordered part on urgent delivery cost £10 on Friday 10th April at 1800 hrs expecting delivery next day . Item not delivered which I found out after calling your HQ was told no delivery over weekend . Item will be delivered on Monday which put me in a fix as I had a hospital appt on that day changed delivery instructions with UPS on Sunday morning to be delivered to UPS collection point which was acknowledged by them , went to collection point after hospital appt no delivery eventually received today at 1245hrs . Problem is it was not made clear on the website prior to buying just said next day delivery + UPS dragging their heels on the Monday they had made a delivery that day but not my item . So in effect waited 4 days cost more in delivery charges and had two very cold OAP's suffering all weekend not good at all. Have used your firm before with no problems but will think twice in the future .
