Item never arrived, but not the fault of DHS
Items were supposed to be delivered on Friday my Yodel, they never arrived. Then I received a text from yodel saying the items were delivered, which they weren’t. Can’t get through to Yodel, just get taken around and around, if I knew which firms used Yodel I would not buy from them. DHS have been very good and refunded my money without any fuss. Thanks.
