Several months with out supplies my…
Several months with out supplies my doctor even talked to them I spoke to them 4 times in sept we should start a class action suit as they don’t care if you need medical supplies
My son was switched to this company, and I got him out!
My son was switched to this company from another vendor due to some state issues and the exact same problems. Since the switch, in January 2023, he has had 65 days of gap without his insulin supplies. That is 2 months out of the 9 so far this year. Both for his insulin pump and CGM. When I call, I get the same answer each and every time. "I'm sorry, but we don't have the clinician notes stating he is a diabetic (didn't know we had a cure yet) and or your insurance company has not approved his prescription, so we are waiting for the approval." SO, I call the doctor, and get a copy of the return confirmation of the clinician notes to prove they received it before the order was due, AND when I contact the insurance carrier, they say he has a 120 day approval for supplies. The insurance verifies that he has had a follow up visit as directed, and they issue a standing order of 120 days. The lack of care and responsibility is a constant problem with these large contracted vendors. I finally received verification that I can use my local pharmacy to bill the insurance for his supplies, and we have not missed a day yet. If your having issues, talk to your insurance to see if you can use local vendors instead of being forced to use these large companies who do NOT nor will EVER care about you or your family's health. Its all about the dollar, and that is it. I am glad that I am finally done with these people who know nothing about healthcare and just read a script when trying to deal with your health and maintain the supplies needed to keep you alive.
**third week** without Tandem insulin…
**third week** without Tandem insulin pump supplies--CCS Medical is so negligent I'm beginning to think they are intent on committing genocide against diabetics. Their staff is unusually cruel on the phone and their computer programmers must have been trained in the 80s. Nothing moves in this place that Medicare has stuck me with. #deaf_ears. ccsmed.com
Still waitting packiging my order

This company has messed up my Dexcom G7…
This company has messed up my Dexcom G7 order 3 of the last 5 deliveries! They are not at all reliable and should be replaced by Dexcom!
They literally took 5 months to get me my G7 making mistake after mistake! I told them one more time and I'm leaving and they did it again! I just talked with Dexcom and have a phone call with them tomorrow concerning this inept company!
STAY AWAY!
1. They have my credit card but they were not charging it. In the meantime, they kept telling me I was overdue. 2. Fully paid my account with the credit card on-file.
3. They then erased all my orders.
4. These orders were for medical supplies - life and death situation!
5. I attempted to call/ make a reorder - but they could not find my order!
6. Transferring from the Orders Department to the Accounting Department takes forever. I have been on hold 3x - each for over 30 minutes, their system gave up and got disconnected;
Disgusting service ,
Disgusting service ,, they make excuses they are waiting for prescription when it's on file with them 6 months at a time . And they repeat the excuse every 3 months . They tell you everything is in order ,take your money and then 2 weeks after your order is due at your door and isn't then they make the excuse .
I wish I could rate them a negative…
I wish I could rate them a negative star. The company culture is obviously negative if you read employee reviews. Their executive management team is rated C if you look at business ratings.
My latest experience actually has negatively impacted my health. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 52 years and use an insulin pump. Humana has foolishly co tea Ted with CCS for the durable supplies for the pump. I called a month ago to reorder and was told that my insurance didn’t work. I called Humana who told me that was wrong. The Ccs rep said they would get their supervisor to look into and get back to me. A week later I call again and insisted on speaking to a supervisor who again said I’ll look into and will get back to you (he was pretty much an idiot as he was going to give me the phone number for COBRA). A month later with no call back and no insulin pump supplies I call back. Am told I’m on a billing hold. Why? No one knows ( or is willing to tell me). I’m told a supervisor will call me back. This is at noon. 4:30 I call back. The billing hold is off and I can order but no one ever bothered to tell me. Nor will anyone give me an explanation, the names of those who failed to call me back or any apology for the fact that despite valid prescriptions, a blue chip PPO insurance policy and the capacity to pay out of pocket that I haven’t been able to get supplies out of this inept organization. Just as a footnote it took me over a year to get a refund of a $1000 overcharge. Makes one suspect cash flow difficulties. Advice is if they go public do not buy their stock.
Very poor customer service
Telephone wait times are outrageous! Requested callbacks are never received. Recently my supplies have been coming on time but due to the very poor customer service I am looking into another provider.
This company is beyond incompetent I…
This company is beyond incompetent I have been trying to get my yearly diabetes supply prescriptions renewed for over a month. Dr said they have faxed it to them over 5 times. I call CCS and every time all that say is “WE ARE WAITING FOR THE NEW PRESCRIPTION FROM THE DR”. I feel like a referee at sports event. Solution: I am returning all my business to Medtronics.
Uncaring
The only way to do anything with Humana, Centerville and CCS Medical would be a massive class action lawsuit that would put them all out of business. Due to them, I've been unable to check my glucose for over a month. What kind of Healthcare provider does this? Testing is the most important thing to managing diabetes. Oh, and I've wasted around 20 hours on the phone trying to resolve this situation in the past month.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Sent me the wrong insulin supplies. Long wait times to speak to a representative. Not helpful!

It has taken over 2 months to ship my supplies. every time i call in because they don't call you you wait 1-1.5 hrs on hold. Each time is a different problem. This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with and now am out of supplies, i cant explain how frustrating this company is.
Absolutely despicable company!
Absolutely despicable company. Don't expect to be taken care of. After a denial of a claim for my Dexcom sensors by my TRICARE insurance, it was tracked back to CCS's customer documentation staff who did not furnish the necessary paperwork requested by TRICARE. When I tried to resolve the issue with CCS, they would hang up in mid-call and after identifying the issue denying the claim, their customer documentation staff absolutely refused to help and provide the paperwork to TRICARE. They told me to file an appeal with TRICARE. TRICARE has since explained how they tried to contact CCS for the paperwork to get the claim approved and were ignored. TRICARE is reaching out directly to my doctor and will sidestep CCS while I shop for a better medical supply company to fulfill my needs.
Horrible service
Horrible service, sent wrong order, and it's been 3 weeks and still can't get refills.
Wish I could use someone else more efficient
If I could give -5 stars I would!!
If I could give -5 stars I would!!! Nearly every negative comment I have read has occurred with me as well!!! I have been a health care professional for over 35 years & I have NEVER experienced this low level of professionalism!!! Every 3 months I spend HOURS on hold with CCS trying to reorder my senors since I am a Type 1 Diabetic!!! They "claim" my MD has denied their requests when his office NEVER received any requests!!! They claim my credit card is not on file ( although CCS used previous month)!!! Every 3 months there is a different issue that doesn't make any sense why my sensors are not being shipped as promised!!! The other day I spent OVER 2.5 hours on the phone with 4 different representatives from 2 different depts & still got NO RESOLUTION!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor in hopes of resolving my issue!!! I was denied & placed on hold for another 30 minutes!!! In frustration I finally hung up on the representative!!! However I am filing a formal complaint with Humana & Medicare for the lack of professionalism & service by CCS!!! I encourage everyone to take the time & effort to do so!!! This is the only way to force needed change in this company!!!
Customer service rep slams phone down after being disrespectful…
I unfortunately was told I had to deal with this company for my medical supplies. I first called a number and set up my account with a woman in Clearwater Fla. She told me I would receive a call from another department in 2-3 days to complete my order. 5 days later the same woman leaves me a voicemail and says to call another number. I finally call and a very rude woman tells me I have no account. So I ask how she knows my zip? She says my zip must be from my insurance. 😳 Then she says she sees my account but no notes. Then tells me she sees notes but they say I need insurance information. 😳I tell her I already provided this. She tells me it’s not complete. She is arguing with me about everything I say.😳 I ask two times for a supervisor because she keeps contradicting herself. She tells me I said I talked to multiple people. I told her “ I said to you I had ONE initial call and a voicemail and now THIS CALL and I ask her why she seems to be talking from both sides of her mouth?” I ask for a supervisor AGAIN. She slams the phone down and disconnects the call. I now see CCS medical has extremely poor service. I will not deal with this every month. They need to hire reps that can articulate themselves properly on a call without causing unnecessary confusion!
Ccs Medical is the worst diabetic…
Ccs Medical is the worst diabetic supplier
You have to wait on you phone for 30 to 45 minutes and if you get disconnected they do not call you back waiting for my son censors to be sent out for almost a month now and still did not receive it.This company should be shut down they sucks my son should not have to wait this long for his supplies
CCS Medical Delayed Medical Supplies & long phone wait times
CCS Medical has issues with getting orders out in a timely fashion. My son is a Type 1 Diabetic and CCS's follow through on obtaining doctor's prescription orders is always lagging. They blame the doctor's for not responding to their requests, while the doctor's office says they never received the requests. When calling CCS, you will wait upwards of 30 mins on hold to speak to someone who can never answer your questions. These supplies are life-saving and when they are delayed families get anxious and upset and rightly so. If you like your medical supplies delivered late, and you don't mind long hold times, then CCS is right for you.
