Diamond-paintings 

Okay, but one Pochahontas kit I ordered from BGKFE recently did not look like her in the face. Also some symbols very small to read, pens and beads sometimes do not work even with waxing and the little green tray should have a lid.

Emailed customer services as I couldn't find required painting online next day emailed me with photos and email if required ,Items ordered postage 5 day ,fantastic service ,have used them before and will continue too. Good quality Good service ,Highly recommended

I have tried and tried to get on the website to check on my order and it won’t let on it and then it says that the domain is unavailable so I don’t know if im getting my painting or not that i just bought three days ago so if im not getting my painting im going to be mad this is so stupid that people paid goid money for and they aren’t going to get this place needs to go out of business

I ordered on January 26th, I saw they created a shipping label from Mississauga ON. I thought it was being shipped from Canada but on February 2 it was dispatched from Shanghai. Had I'd known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bothered ordering.

Number one the word "canadian" implies the company is located in Canada and the products would be available. Nope. I ordered Dec. 31 and just got shipping notice for delivery March 2. When you contact them, they take forever to respond and then blame lunar new year. I have ordered from China and had it quick. Will see if I even get the products I have already paid for.

This company sucks. My boyfriend paid good money for a couple of pieces and one of which was a custom of one of my mom’s dogs had passed. Got an update that it had been shipped, but when I go to track it, IT CANT FIND IT! I’ve contact twice; one was about a refund. Never got anything. What a waste.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Say my payment didn’t go through when it did! No email confirmation of order. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM - IT’S FRAUD!!!

I'm working on a diamond painting that I probably purchased last year only to find out I don't have enough diamonds! So far 2 colors. Not done yet so I might run out of out of other colors. Not happy!

I am writing this review in hope that people will see it and will not order from this person. Still trading when her company has been dissolved by companies house which is a criminal offence. Lies after lies, broken promises after broken promises. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Just wish trust pilot would give an option for 0 stars.

I spent £100 on pen kit ..and diamond painting picture ..all that I received is the pen kit …so they have not sent my £88 diamond painting ..no tracking number or anything..no emails back from them either ..stay away from this place and keep your money

If I could a 0 I would over a. Month since I place the order it’s still in China according to the tracking payed by PayPal so I’m claiming money back I’ve emailed 4 times all I get is please wait … no thanks never again

i was really looking forward to my order and doing diamond art picture of my partners dog but unfortunately i have had no update about my order at all. I've sent three messages to see what is happening no response. i paid for priorty processing (with tracking)-Jump ahead of the quene and nothing they is no tracking number, the only email i have recived is from paypal confriming my purchase that is it and email off diamond painting with there offers but nothing on my order. after reading the reviews, i thought i would be safe purchasing from these and get a good quality but to receive no updates, no tracking number provided, no nothing. I'm starting to feel like I've spent over £30 for nothing and it's no right. i will happy to change this review if anything changes but right now I won't hold my breath.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM this company.
I ordered a golden girls picture and it had taken a month to get to me !
then to top it off , when it arrived a whole sleeve of diamonds where missing , so I contacted them and wow what a nightmare .
iv been arguing with them now for a good 3 weeks for the missing diamonds, and its still on going .

I will never use this company again 😒

I have had at least 6 personalised diamond arts from Windsor diamond art but the last one I purchased took absolutely ages to arrive and now I find at least 5 number and letters are missing.
Customer service is absolutely disgusting.
My daughter purchased 3 personalised arts in September 21 and still waiting £120 is a lot of money to lose. Tried contacting her but now she has blocked my daughter.
She has now had to report the company to PayPal whom has now opened a case with them.
Meanwhile I am still waiting for 2 of these for Christmas and one for my birthday 18th January..
We have now placed an order with another company so hopefully these will come soon.
When we originally found this site we could not complain but they seem to take on too many orders and then cannot fulfil.
If they actually accepted responsibility and explained to the customer there is a holdup I'm sure most would understand but instead they ignore your messages and then block you like its your fault.
Definitely will not be getting my custom ever again.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered 3 diamond art pictures, 1 of them being personalised, in November. Keep getting told that their is problem with transit of products. Tracking if it's believable is showing as order in Slough.
I've demanded my money back. Whether this will happen or not I'm not sure. Will check if paid by PayPal to get my money back.
So very disappointed as all 3 were Christmas gifts.
If I could get hold of this person I would throttle them for their disgusting attitude.
I will be informing people far and wide to avoid them like the plague.
Has anyone had any response reporting them to trading standards?

Ordered over over month ago still hasn’t arrived was told it was lost then was told instead that they will send another one and am still waiting now

How is website still up and people able to order when Graham hasn't sent orders out for a year now? Con artist buyer beware!

I ordered an Alice In Wonderland paint-by-numbers from them, the canvas itself was printed portrait not landscape, the paints were a different number scheme and when I finally got the patience to paint the thing, Alice was ginger-haired and had no face!

Avoid this company.....

I ordered a special painting over a year ago to give as a gift still have not received it and they refused to refund my money. What a heartache. I wish I could give them zero stars.
