The only recommendation I can give for Windsor Diamond Art is to avoid them.

I ordered three custom pieces on 31 March and still no sign of the pieces.

My requests for update are being ignored no matter how I ask for an update.

The customs I ordered were gifts for special occasions which are now long gone and I have no gifts to give.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Unlike others, my product did arrive. The colors and the canvas template were so disappointing. There is no way it will resemble my image. I sent an email but never heard back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered from here over a month ago and nothing received. Have made several complaints and they just say they do not offer refunds. Have had to contact my bank! Absolute waste of money- do not order from them. Plenty of reputable companies out there that provide this product, and probably cheaper and much quicker.

Absolutely disgusted in the service here I ordered I a painting in October for my mum for Christmas arrives with half the picture missing, spoke to customer service where I ordered a new picture after 97 emails between us I'm still waiting 5 months later for a replacement avoid this customer at all cost it's a waste of money and Sam that reply to the emails always say the same thing I have asked for a refund 70 times and she just says wait longer please. Will never use them again such an awful company they should be ashamed of themselves robbing people

I have ordered from Graham many times and have to say I’ve always been more than happy.
I placed an order in October 2020 and the money was taken immediately, on the websites it still says processing and we’re now in April.
I have tried to contact him via his website, email and Facebook page but have had no reply.
I’m guessing he’s either hiding or gone bankrupt but can’t understand how you can still order from his website?
I know he had some unfortunately issues last year but still no excuse to take peoples money and not deliver the goods.

Taken money out of my account and not received item. No confirmation email nothing. Feel like I’ve been scammed as the company don’t reply to emails

The items took weeks to come and when they did they were the wrong size much smaller than I ordered .what a load of rubbish the drill pen is I could of got it fo a couple of pounds on eBay and chucked it out so a waste of £9.99. I kept emailing them and they just fobbed me off. Straight from China I’m afraid load of rubbish don’t bother it’s cheaper to go to amazon .But better quality from amazon and you get decent customer service. I hope you lose your business you are a bunch of thieves .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Order made, no confirmation email, money has left the bank, so correspondence and no product.

Myself and another Admin for this company, have had enough. Daily complaints from unhappy customers who have waited for months for the pictures, even though money has been taken. Nobody has been able to get a refund either. He is now ignoring all complaints and just deletes them. Myself and the other Admin have removed ourselves from admin work, as fed up with our personal messager being bombarded with complaints from very angry people.

I would give this a zero if I could. Placed orders in Nov. 2019 for Christmas gifts. Still have not received and they are refusing to refund me. Save your money and do yourself a favour and do not buy from them.

I see so many replies of him blaming it another company or saying he has orders from that person... Future a lie. This owner (G Carter) is rude and they don't deliver on time, to the of promised and customer service is non existent. He's given no updates for missing orders or beads for a month now on Facebook page and doesn't warn of issues on his website.
Please don't be fooled by him or his false niceness (in the beginning) or false promises. If you look at the stats(I wish I had first) you'll see he reports everyone review and many are only removed because the reviewers didn't respond to trust pilots request which is hardly surprising as they could easily filter into the junk folder.

Amazing how you don't have time to complain emails but do to take new orders!
Please save your hard earned money! If you want genuine UK quality and service DPF make some of theirs on UK and rowe make all theirs in UK and both pay the artist instead of stealing art and both are cheaper aswell!

Ordered a personal diamond painting picture from this company for a Christmas gift and still have not received my order. Almost two months. They must use the slowest boat from wherever they are located. They keep giving me excuses. I understand the mail is slower nowadays but this is ridiculous. If I do not receive in a few days will dispute charge. Do not order from this company.

AVOID this company. Ordered in September, chased the order to be told there was a hold up so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Chased again & another excuse was made for delays. Then from Nov. onwards emailed & sent contact form through their website but no communication at all! Disputed through PayPal & received a refund just before Christmas. First & last time I would buy from this company!

Absolutely appalling company. Nothing but a bunch of useless thieves taking peoples money and not delivering goods. They have no customer service or inclination to even pretend to care that they have failed in their responsibility to provide a product. Do not be fooled by their professional looking website, it is nothing but a scam!

Further update - No response directly from this so called company, I contacted Paypal, who I paid through, and finally got some joy yesterday with a ruling in my favour about a refund.

Update - Still no response to calls or emails. Various people on Facebook reporting the same thing, and the company blaming the pandemic in no show orders. However, this doesn't mean that they cant respond in some way to correspondence!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Order placed and confirmed 21st November, along with payment. Still nothing received by 5th December. Email sent to enquire about my delivery, reply was there had been delays in printing and deliveries, but would be dispatching the following week. Now not answering emails, phone calls or through their contact section on the website. These were Christmas gifts, which I assume will not arrive. I also presume I've lost the money i paid too. Absolutely disgraceful.

The guy is an out and out c*nt and a con man, takes your money and robs you of parts, when you chase him up he just bulls*its. Time the police caught up with him.

This is Graham's company which he denies, stating that he is a different company with a similar name.....more lies, either Mr Carter is daft or he thinks his victims are.
Mr Carter claims that he is no longer based in the UK, but yet his business is still currently registered in Bradford. May go knock on his door and see what he has to say for himself, together with the crew from BBC's Watchdog.

Very disappointed in this company I purchased a personal pic in May took ages to come, started and beads were missing, emailed to get replacement beads and have been fobbed off at every turn. Just telling me it's in the process stage I bought it for my son who has autism to do for his nan for Christmas and I am emailing weekly about beads and nothing
Alot of money wasted, poor customer service and not worth the hassle or heartache
Will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone I know especially if wanting as gifts.
Has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and months on still not resolved. I have a product that's unfinished and wasted money and they don't accept responsibility or even care

They used to be good but lately quality is hit and miss, not living up to the promise of European standards. Plus delivery takes so long, I know they moved out of UK but orders from China manage to get to me in a week or two rather than months despite the pandemic. I understand there are personal cicumstances causing delays and im okay with that but unfortunately the product just wasnt worth the wait and the owner is rude when you have an issue, recently has been ignoring messages completely. China quality has been better lately so i get my day to day projects from there and of I have a special picture I use a UK based company that offers far better results, customer service, quality and delivery times. Such a shame used to be a good company

Have had lots of pictures from them. This company go above and beyond to help you. There had been a bit of a wait for my order but I was kept up to date with orders. I emailed a few times and had a prompt reply.

Amazing customer service and beautiful outcome of the photo. The colours were just perfect, the price was amazing and you get everything you need. It was so addictive I completed a 30x40 photo in 3 days. I am about to place my second order in a month and I’ll definitely be returning for more. Shipping took about 3 weeks in total but that’s still very good for what’s going on in the world right now. Couldn’t fault this company at all.
