Really Really Happy!!

Just received my 2 custom diamond paintings and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I have received from start to finish. Really good quality diamond paintings, communication from the moment I ordered them, and even with everything what’s going on in the world you got my paintings to me within 3-4 weeks as promised. Very impressed with the quality of my paintings and I will definitely be ordering from you again, highly recommend this company!!

The canvas quality was great, better than any from china but that's about where the good news ends. The drills were okay but some where oily. I recieved it a while ago but it took a while to finish and I wanted to be sure before leaving a review, given the high price (despite the never ending 50% off "sale") I was very disappointed at the design. Unfortunately skin colours were not good making us look ill. Thought it might be the pic but I got it remade by another company in UK and it was photoperfect.

Update to reply: Sorry poor choice in wording on my part, it was a present from my sister so she may have recieved an example. It may be personal preference but to me it certainly looked odd, and some drills where still oily so I didnt really want another from yourselves plus I was too embarrassed to tell her given the price she paid hence reordering from elsewhere. She told me she ordered from your site because of the sale and being UK based so I was surprised to see the sale was never ended and the price was still high which is why I mentioned it.

I've seen a few examples of kits from you in groups and noticed a few others with skin tones greyish or dull. Most that share them are usually perfectly happy, some change colours out themselves, but it just seems to be your design style and my personal preference is it's not for me. I was impressed they are made in the UK, and she said delivery was super fast, about a week. I'm appalled after pretending to reach out and help in your reply you instantly reported this review and didnt actually help at all, which is awful customer service so have amended my review to 1 star. Sadly there is no option to post a picture or I would have done so giving examples from both companies so everyone could see the vast difference

Absolutely amazing ... yes delivery took time but isn’t that the way of the world at the moment ... every company is probably feeling the same pressure.... yes I had one colour missing which will be sent out ... I’d rather wait for one colour and carry on with the rest rather than still be waiting.... my DP is so precious ordered due to my fathers recent death, I really can’t thank Diamond Paintings enough, I definitely will use again and will tell everyone I know to use them.... think we all should be a little more understanding and tolerant

The painting took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Once Opened I saw a note to say that there was a certain colour drill missing and it was to follow in the post.

I emailed regarding this to check. I was then told it would be posted out the following so should have had it near the end of April. We are now nearing the end of May. I emailed again to see what was happening, to then be told they were being sent out last Tuesday 12th May. I still haven’t had anything and it’s been another week.

Safe to say I won’t be using this company again. I’ve got a dp unfinished due to a colour missing.

If you haven’t got the whole order ready don’t send it out simply. Ridiculous

Totally worth the wait!!! I only ever contacted Graham once in regards to my order. He was very pleasant and gave me quick and clear information (accurate also) especially during this busy time with Covid19. I Would definitely purchase again from this company and would recommend him.

Have had lots of pictures from Graham. This company go above and beyond to help you. There had been a bit of a wait for my order but Graham always keeps you up to date with orders especialy with the ongoing virus. I emailed him a few times and allways had a prompt reply. I got my picture yesterday and i am very very happy with it, no bubbles in canvas and more than enough drills.

Just finished my first custom painting from this company and it is excellent! Got plenty of diamonds from each colour left over and no missing colours as what can happen with with other companies. Service from start to finish was excellent, even doing more than one simulation for me to get the right size without any complaint. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and no way does this company deserve anything less than five stars! Keep up the good work!

Professional and friendly service. Products are amazing quality and I wouldn't order from anywhere else. Anyone leaving bad reviews in these tough times needs to give their head a wobble. This company has been very open and honest about delays due to the virus. This is beyond their control and is no reflection on the excellent service under normal circumstances. These products are second to none and are definately worth the wait.

Excellent company.. never had an issue with any of my items and even if orders are taking longer they are definitely worth the wait.

Won’t order from anywhere else. Excellent customer service and quality kits!! The team are very approachable and are always on hand to answer any questions and to provide advice on custom orders.

I’ve done many diamond paintings from many different companies. Diamond paintings uk are second to none, the quality is amazing, they’re customs are so good, I’ve had a couple with diamonds missing and when reported they have been sent out the same day, would not buy from anywhere else, love them and would highly recommend.

Such a good company. Orders are taking a while as is expected with the pandemic but they have excellent communication. I have ordered from them before the pandemic and delivery is normally very fast. Within 5 days. Great company. Wouldn't go anywhere else for customs.

The only place I buy diamond paintings from including customs. Graham and his team are fantastic, the quality outstanding, looking forward to receiving my next custom in due course. Graham and the team are absolutely fantastic. I have bought 4 paintings from him now, including 1 for my Mother and all of them are amazing quality. I have almost finished my first one and both me and my husband are astonished at how incredible it looks. I would never go anywhere else, and will only recommend designs from him.

My go to for custom paintings, always great quality products sent. Not long ordered another from them. Would definitely recommend, service is always the best.

I have had about 15 custom pictures from graham now and the quality is amazing, i don't buy from anyone else now. People complain about waiting time but you wait for any company that are abroad at the moment with what is going on in the world. In my opinion it is worth the wait and will not hesitate in ordering from him in the future, in fact i have 2 on order at the moment.

Ordered weeks ago, despite me querying and being told to be a bit more patient, very disappointed having paid for kit and have not received a thing. A further two weeks waiting and still nothing from this rotten company. I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse to give me back my money😡😡😡

As of 8th June, this disgraceful company has still not refunded for an undelivered order 😡😡😡😡😡

great selection on the website. I've had 4 custom paintings produced by Graham now and each one has been brilliant quality. I won't order from anywhere else.
