I was served by Raj he has the specialist knowledge about jewellery which I don't . Definitely would recommend for friends and family and am going back myself to get the wedding band from these guys. Start to end they provided a excellent service. They explained diamonds very well and glad I got the knowledge from them as it's beneficial for the future. I told them what I wanted and my budget and they gave me a extremely brilliant deal which made me spend a little more than my budget but it was worth it.. as I got than I asked for a extra small cost. They also managed to get me the ring within my required time which was long at all.. but they did it.. they delivered, upon picking up the ring when I saw what it looked like I was amazed as the ring looked amazing. Better than what I had expected... I felt proud giving it to my fiancé and her exacts words were ' this is amazing and so beautiful'. We came in to buy a platinum plain band wedding ring as a previous quote confirmed that the price was very competitive at Diamond Dealer Direct. Bhav served us and rang the manufacturer direct to see if they had a ring in stock near my size. He then went down the street to get it and bring it back to look at and once we agreed to buy it the ring was slightly resized while we went for lunch. Top service and very happy with the ring.

Amazing service
I went into diamond dealers looking for an engagement ring. I was generally looking around all of the stores in the jewelery quarter trying to find the best deal. However, once i'd been in to diamond dealers I didn't want to go anywhere else. The service was epic.
I was served by a gentleman called Gavin who went through literally everything with me. Carat, cut, clarity, fluorescence. Then began to work with me to chose the perfect diamond, explaining the qualities of each along the way. I must have been there for around an hour and a half going through several choices. When I was finished there was no pressure to buy immediately. I did however purchase one there and then as Gavin had helped find something that was nothing short of perfect.
The manager was also incredibly friendly and welcoming and helped me with an excellent to deal on the diamond and ring.
Would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I would just like to say a massive thanks to Bhav and Raj for there excellent service that I received. I had a look around many different shops for my fiancé's engagements but after visiting diamond dealers I knew this was the place to buy it from! Bhav had great knowledge and shared this with me I never knew anything about diamonds before but after leaving I felt like a expert. Bhav took his time to go through the different options that were available and gave me a excellent choice. I would highly recommend!
I was served by Raj, the owner and I have to say I didn't have to look any further. Not only did I find the most beautiful engagement ring, but I got it at an amazing price.
Raj spent almost 2.5 hours with me showing me lots of different options of bands and stones to suit my budget. He is very knowledgeable and pressure free when it came to finalising a diamond.

We were simply looking at some of what was offered in the front window before being politely invited in. We had very little idea of what we wanted or much education on the subject. How ever that quickly changed when Sonu covered all we needed to know in a simple yet informative way. It was not over whelming neither were we left confused. We were shown a variety of options with an introduction to different types of diamonds and mounts. The fact Sonu took the time to educate us on the "what to knows" about diamonds made me confident in the knowledge being demonstrated. Purchase of earrings
A special mention to thank Sue who was a very knowledgeable person with a warmth and helpfulness we appreciated.
(Spent a couple of hours prior just popping into various shops in the Qtr and found service in some of the shops bordering on the dismissive and some cases rude without even an acknowledgement ).
Shopping for diamonds should be a special shopping experience and fun too.
Thankfully we stumbled upon Diamond Dealer. Sue repected our budget and exceeded our expectations in service , knowledge and price .

I really cannot fault the service in anyway. Bhav was very knowledgeable and informative and never put us under any pressure to purchase the ring from them. Excellent service. This was the first shop we visited to purchase an engagement ring and we didn't need to visit any others. We were served by Purna who was very, very helpful. When it became apparent that none of the 'off the shelf' rings were exactly what my partner wanted, Purna suggested we went down the route of a bespoke ring. We chose the desired diamond and setting and the ring was made up and ready for collection within a few days. Superb service, highly recommended.

I went into the store in search of an engagement ring for girlfriend .
I dealt with a pleasant gentleman called Sonu .
He was extremely helpful explaining through the different style of diamonds , bands and showed us an array of various carat types, price and flourescence . The service was excellent .
The only negative point was the delivery . After expecting it to be delivered the following week from purchase , I had a phone call to inform it would be 2-3 weeks based on the band. I expressed my disappointment as I explain I was due to fly to Iceland at the end of the month whilst in store . Also when it did arrive I did not receive a courtesy call or the forwarding email with the tracking number so I had to then collect from the post office depo .

We were extremely well taken care of. Lauren was very helpful in helping us choosing the ring, and Raj was very happy to source a replacement emerald as the centrepiece, when the original wasn't quite what we wanted. There was no pressure to buy and they were at pains to ensure we were very happy with our purchase.
