We love to hand pick beautiful jewels for the woman who knows what she wants without paying that hefty price tag. Our variety of stunning rings include 925 sterling silver designs as well as silver, rose gold plated and high quality cubic zirconia so we've got something to suit you all. With the help of your sales we are able to donate a partial amount of our profits to a charity organisation each month. Because we know how important it is to make a different in the lives of those less fortunate.

I placed an order for a ring, the money was taken from my account but the order was not placed and I placed an order again and exactly the same the money was taken from my account and the order was not placed

Absolutely love my ring

Absolutely love my ring. The ring sparkles and quality looks amazing! This hasn’t been my first purchase. Have purchased in the past and the service is always on point and jewellery is always good quality.

The item broke within two days

The item broke within two days . My partner was able to fix it by opening up a link and reconnecting (so slightly shortening it ) but it was ok. Days later it completely snapped whilst wearing it walking to work. I contacted customer service and they said I had to pay delivery charge for another . This bracelet was £25 and I wore it a handful of times . The quality is terrible . Obviously not paying anymore out . Awful quality , will not be using again

Loyal customer

I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and during that time the customer service has remained excellent. I love how sparkly the colourful gemstones are and how there’s a range of colours to choose from. The quality is amazing and you can’t tell the rings apart when I wear them next to more expensive brands.

Disappointed with customer service

Absolutely loved this bracelet my partner brought for my birthday in January, However it discoloured so the black came off the clovers onto my skin and it broke within a couple of weeks.

Customer service asked my partner to send pictures to which they agreed to replace but my partner is to pay postage for the replacement. Wrong in my opinion but he has and almost 3 weeks later and a few chase emails still not received the replacement very disappointing.

Not one for negative reviews but feel your service has been less than great and I am a birthday gift down

hugely disappointing

bracelet that would barely fit a 10yr old wrist and ear rings that were miniscule. Also the free gift for spending over 30 pounds not included and never arrived.

Frankly, they make Ratners look like Tiffanys, hugely disappointing.

Update 10/05/2024. Returned items by recorded delivery, signed for, but of course no refund made. So don't buy from them but if you do do not return the item or you will end up with no item and no refund, sell it on ebay instead for the few quid it is worth.

update: regarding the response below firstly, they are right, the bracelet is adjustable and would easily fit a 6 year old as well as a 10 year old; secondly the ear rings may be intentionally small and snug but my wife would have preferred 'fits normal human ear lobe'.

As expected, the 'customer service' is abysmal, emails and phones not answered. If I was a cynical person I would think that most of these 5 star reviews are fake.

Poor customer service and product…

Poor customer service and product quality

My earings arrived damaged and i notified the company as soon as I opened the parcel. However, I didn't receive any reply. I messaged them again a few days later and a chat dried up again. I want to return the earings but i'm not getting anywhere.

Edit: after this review got published the company sent out a new pair of earings. They are ok, but the quality is quite poor.

Bought some diamond earrings and a ring for my fiance, the quality was very surprising considering the prices, she was chuffed! Although the ring didn’t come with a box, that would be nice!
