First time i ordered from Diamond galore after the offered a nice discount.
Unfortunately my order got lost in the post, however diamond galore handled the situation perfectly, as a customer I couldn’t ask for more! They responded immediately to my messages, and offered me a full refund or the order sent out again. Of course i wanted the beautiful products so they re sent it to me.
The products (bracelet and ring set) is of high quality and looks just as stunning in real as on screen. I would recommend DG to anyone without a doubt!

They have lovely jewellery and have no complains with the seller but the actual jewellery is not good quality at all, within one day my fingers were green. I think its the cheap stuff you usually find on ali express, they are not sterling silver but mainly copper. I love all the items but cant wear them

I ordered a few pieces from Diamonds Galore and all I can say is WOW! The pieces are stunning and a steal for the price you pay, the cost definitely does not reflect how gorgeous the jewellery is. Their service was impeccable, I was struggling with sizing and placed an order for the completely wrong size, I messaged them and got a response straight away telling me how to measure and happily changed my order to the correct size. Nothing was too much of an effort for them. They clearly are very proud of their brand and really care about it and it reflects in the service they provide. Delivery was swift and everything came well packaged. Will definitely be coming back for more, a small brand who is amazing at what they do! Wish you all the luck in the world.

Fantastic jewellery and company! I’ve ordered 4 times and will definatley be ordering again. Quality of the items are amazing and such high quality. Had so many compliments since wearing them. Speedy delivery also. If you see her doing the live videos on Instagram/tik tok then make sure to watch them as no other company shows you the items and how they look before you buy them. İ was just going to buy the one ring because it was so pretty but I couldn't resist especially while they had a offer on and bought all three available colours, they're even prettier than they look on the website,I'm so happy with them and they came earlier than expected, definitely going to become a regular.
