Thoroughly professional and reliable service! We have had Jackie as our exceptional, hourly cleaner every week for over 3 years and through rain and shine she has never let us down. Normal weekly service but when asked she helps with so much - oven, fridge and pantry cleaning, emptying fire grate, floor steaming, clearing items ready for decoration and even helping with difficult furniture moving. She is a true Diamond! The office staff are so professional, caring and nothing seems too much in their caring role.

They have been extremely kind and supportive of my needs and provided a person to help my needs in every way. I cannot praise enough, the way I have been helped, having severe disabilities and housebound. I had so many worries after a long stay in hospital, but they started to melt away when I contacted Diamond home support Cornwall. In one word they provide a service which is OUTSTANDING.

Helen from the Telford office came to visit us explained exactly how the process of her cleaning services work including a notice period if i decided to cancel the service unlike other companies I've used before which have been a nightmare .

Our Cleaner turns up on time every two weeks for 2 hours without fail for months now .. she's never late not once has she not turned up and does a fantastic job .

I highly recommend this service unbelievably wonderful service for the price .

I have been using the Great Yarmouth office for caravan cleans for the last few years. The standard and service from Connie and the team are great. They're reliable and as I live outside of the area, I need a company I can completely trust to do the job without checking up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've been using Diamond Home Support for a few years now. They are always responsive, friendly and helpful. We have been given cleaners who are efficient and friendly. Any minor issues have been dealt with promptly. I would recommend DHS to anyone looking for some help around the home.

Got a house deep clean in Belfast. The deep clean involved little more than a light vacuuming with a cordless vacuum cleaner and the person doing the job telling me about the work they would not do – total waste of £150.

We are really pleased with Lisa. She leaves my home looking lovely, just like it used to look when I cleaned it. Lisa is amazing and doesn't mind what she does. She is hard working, flexible, punctual and reliable. We are really happy with the work she does and in the few weeks she has been coming Lisa feels like a friend now.

The company is very caring and user friendly and does its utmost to pair carers and clients appropriately. They keep in touch with all of us, providing updates on the company and it's progress. I thoroughly recommend this service.

Jackie B from Northwich is the most incompetent specimen to represent this franchise. No response to emails, impossible to contact. I'm sure many other divisions are great but Northwich is pathetic. Don't bother trying to contact me as I've found another cleaner now - and whilst more expensive, theyre RESPONSIVE!

Diamond Home Support has found us a lovely lady who cleans for us on a weekly basis. The service from Diamond Home Support is really good, emails let us know about anything important and apart from that we communicate directly with our lovely cleaning lady.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they offer a valuable reliable service which is also good value for money.

Kristina the lady who cleaned the kitchen is an absolute star, she never stopped and the end result is difficult to put into words everything sparkled. We have never know so much dedication to doing a job well.

Always clear communication, and the cleaners provided so reliable.
