Sorry guys second time using to call China. Both times could not reach number. Thought they used a terminal in China to call Chinese numbers but no it's like dialing yourself direct and china blocks calls says number invalid. Have tried more than 1 number same message. Will have to try different service.

As our Customer Support agents already mentioned via email, they checked the issue and made some test calls, but they received the same message from the Chinese local service provider, the number is not a valid number.
You can try dialling a different number, but it seems that one is not a valid number in China.

Having problem again!
I just purchased $20. I immediately called to China. But the calling had a problem that I could only hear from the other side, but the other side could not hear me. I hung up and dialed again. The same problem happened again.
I had another problem before that it pauses constantly during my calling. Later it had been better for a while. But now this problem rises up again!!
