One of the worst banks ever. Even now when I'm gonna do a transaction they deduct 2000 without any reason. Even I'm now Struggling to make a payment. Even the customer service hot line is out of service. Why are they giving us a hard time for us? Our own money can't be used.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I recently encountered while attempting to resolve an issue with my disabled mobile banking service.
I made multiple attempts to reach your customer service team, spending a significant amount on call charges. Unfortunately, despite waiting for over 20 minutes, I did not receive any response, and my balance was eventually exhausted. Additionally, I did not receive any follow-up call or assistance to resolve my issue.
As a valued customer, I expect timely and efficient support, especially for essential banking services. This experience has been highly frustrating and has negatively impacted my trust in your services. I request immediate assistance in resolving my mobile banking issue and a review of your customer service response times to ensure better service for all customers.
Please advise on the next steps to
reactivate my mobile banking service at the earliest convenience.

The Worst Ever Experienced
Everything I have experienced with this bank is wrong. I took a Home loan and their officer Zakkir Hussain in Home loan office wasn't able to deposit 1 of the cheques. However, I was charged full amount as loan.
When I tried to sort this out, I didn't get a reply from him. When I call bank, they say email. When I email, they say connect with Zakkir. Finally when I was able to get a reply, and send required documents, they misplaced my documents and I had to start the full process again. It has been 6 months now and I am still following up to get my updated documents and awaiting confirmation on closure
I have been through a few bad customer service experiences. But this bank beats them all by a big margin. Hope there is someone who is interested in working at the bank and get things resolved. I, personally will never ever take any service from them in future

Very worst bank in Dubai. More than 3 weeks now I apply for top up loan. Still I they didn’t approve. Customer service also poor. For top up only take two days to get approval but this still not get. Only few days I ll check if not I ll transfer my account to another bank. Now this is enough
