Dickinsons Beds have been fantastic, there has been a hold up due to Covid-19 (understandable), however, I have been assured they are working the hardest to sort out the bed as soon as possible! Brilliant service, looking forward to the bed arriving in the next day or so!!! Thank you Tom for all your support and guidance.

I cannot believe there are only 40 reviews! Absolutely brilliant and professional service from a company that deliver above and beyond expectations. We ordered one of the luxury wingback beds, I have to admit I thought it was a little expensive, which it isn’t when you actually see what you get. We have ordered other chesterfield beds which have been a little cheaper, but there is simply no comparison. Everything about each part of the bed is quality and you can tell when you try to get it all in your room of choice, it weighs a lot. The delivery team were fantastic, polite and very helpful and considerate when placing items. The bed we ordered was the Maddox Wingback in black and it looks fantastic, we went for the 3000 mattress and we are glad we did. I couldn’t recommend Dickinsons Beds highly enough. You get what you pay for and more, it is as simple as that. Thank you from the Peacock family.

I was looking for a velvet ottoman bed since last September 2020, and contacted a number of bed companies for samples which didn't arrive, despite me chasing them twice. One company did send some but the quality and colours weren't that good. I kept looking and eventually found several Dickinson Beds in Leeds. One of the staff members sent me samples within less than a week and the velvet was beautiful - such gorgeous colours and very lush fabric. I decided to order from Dickinson Beds as not only did they do what they said they'd do (send me samples quickly) but they were such a delight to deal with. I got a Black Friday deal on the bed and just before it was delivered, ordered a mattress as well. I chose the bed installation service and am glad I did - their team is very good and know what they are doing. They had my bed assembled within around 40 minutes and took all the packing with them. The bed is simply gorgeous! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the choice. It's a teal velvet ottoman and I cannot believe how lovely it is. Really beautiful lush cotton velvet and so well made. The bed is solid and extremely comfortable. It looks so expensive and very stylish too! The best bit is all the storage space with the ottoman - I've managed to put all the things lying around the sides of my old sofa bed, plus more into the storage with some space left. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Well priced, well made products and fantastic customer service!!! I'd give them 6 stars if I could! Thank you!

Didnt receive the fabrics I paid for. But after waiting a while and email chasing got a refund. But I’ve ordered now my bed else where after that

So I want to provide a genuine fair review, I think people either lay it on too thick when complaining or don’t put enough when it’s good. You end up not trusting the good reviews, well despite having limited reviews I took the plunge with these and they are what they say on the tin. Ordered my bed it took a week or two longer due to Christmas period, but came well wrapped no marks, courier they used was a really friendly guy. Put together tonight in two hours (alone) it would be half the time with two people, and you can tell the parts and bed is great quality. Bought an King Size Ambassador bed with Ottoman and it looks and works brilliantly.

I have paid for the samples (fabric swatches) over two weeks ago and haven’t had any communication from Dicksons and they haven’t replied to my email. On their website it says they work 7 days a week and super fast delivery which isn’t true!

Not quite what I was expecting I’d I’m honest. A bit fiddly to assemble and the drawer mechanism not very smooth

Excellent. Love the Valentino Bed. There was a small problem with the headboard which was quickly replaced. Highly recommended

Delivery driver made regular updates. Bed and mattress were well wrapped in a tough plastic cover. Assembly of the bed was very straightforward. Only tool you require is a spanner or a set of pliers to tighten 8 bolts. Instead of slats you were given two boards for the base. Bed and mattress were of a high quality. Very pleased.

The bed was delivered early than expected, fantastic quality and worth every penny. The service of the delivery was fantastic, very helpful and polite. Also the communication between company and customers was fantastic they call to inform you what day they will arrive and an approximate time so you can know when to be home. Overall fantastic company an service will defiantly recommend to friends and family. Hopefully will purchase in the future.

Very happy, bed arrived within 2 weeks of my order. Looks and feels lovely. Delivery guy was very pleasant and helpful. Bed was well packaged to prevent damage and looks good quality. When looking for a new bed I will definitely return here. Thank you.
