Great quality and customer service
After a hick up of contacting customer care which they were really quick and helpful in getting resolved, we got an amazing bed in a very short time after ordering. Communication from order till delivery was great and really happy with the quality. We did get bed of our dreams in the end.

The delivery guys was great they worked…
The delivery guys was great they worked round me as I do split shifts Sotherton come in the late afternoon early evening.
They explained everything to my son as he took the delivery and they also sent a whats app to me explains how to put the bed together.
It was easy to assemble and the frame is amazing better than I expected good quality and heavy.

Fantastic help
Haven’t received the bed as of yet as moving date was pushed back. Dickinsons were happy enough to hold the bed for me free of charge and responded within minutes of my email.

Absolutely amazing bed

Amazing service, kept updated at every stage, the delivery man couldn't have been more helpful, rearranging my delivery so I could pick my son up from school. Absolutely made up with the bed, its gorgeous and so comfortable. Worth every penny.

I ordered the Windermere ambassador bed…
I ordered the Windermere ambassador bed but to be made to certain measurements. I got a call to tell me it could be done but was advised that it wouldn't look as nice, so I took their advice & I couldn't be happier. They didn't talk me out of it because of money because my choice was more expensive. So I am grateful because I would of paid more & wouldn't have been as pleased. I got it in superking size & black plush it looks stunning. Also order to delivery was so quick & the guy's that brought the bed & put it together was so nice & professional. I will recommend to everyoneone I know who needs an excellent quality bed at reasonable prices & speedy delivery. Thank you again ☺️ I'm just gutted I didn't order a mattress as well, because I'm still waiting from dreams.
