Verybad experince i paid half 700 euro to digital centric then it is transferd design centric they demand to finish the project they ask for 150 euro for website design i paid after then they ask 700 euro 3 year hosting i paid after that 150 euro asked for website 2 policies i paid but still is website not ready yet i am calling they are no answering .my advised no one pay him money before job done , kebabish takeaway moycullen

I paid this company €2005 to build a website.

After being sent to alot of different project managers. Nearly a different one every month. I got a bit fed up with no progress being made and continually going back to the start with new 'designs' of the website. I only ever received a picture of what the home page might look like.

I requested a refund. Said they would make the refund at the end of the month. Now a couple of months later still no refund. Not answering emails or calls.

Stay clear.

This is the worst most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Any good review on this site HAS to be a fake review. Read all the bad reviews about this company first and you will see a pattern. The only thing professional about digital centric is the way they scam you.
1. I submitted a brief for a logo design which they did not follow. After talking me into upselling on the package i originally had to get a better logo they still failed poorly on my brief. They don't listen to you, and all they care about is your money.
2. All over their website they claim to give you a Money back guarantee. Very early in the project I realised that I was getting no where with them in my brief, as they didnt give me what i was asking for, and therefore asked for my money back. I was talked out of it, and they stalled long enough to say that they had put too much work in and wouldn't give me my money back. So they lied, upsold, stalled and then refuse to give money back. More fool me for giving them the money in the first place.
3. I eventually went away and spent a few months drawing the logo myself. When I was happy I gave it back to them to finish off. I reasoned that if they weren't going to give me my money back, then at least they can jazz up a logo that i created myself. That refinement process took ages. I had to spoon-feed them every step of the way through the whole process. I did all the work on my logo, and paid them for the privilege.
4.Then I was still foolish enough to get labels printed from them. They sent labels that were not to spec and far too small. They again would not honor their mistake and again refused a refund. These Jackals have no honor.
5.Then they ghosted me. No reply to emails, nada, phone calls nothing. Very unprofessional and shady. Typical behavior of scam artists.
6. I went through the small claims court process. The court service believed I had a case. Digital Centric didn't reply to any letter from the court. They continued to ghost me and any correspondence from the court. Eventually a sheriff in limerick was appointed to go to their registered business Address, and guess what. Yup, they were not there. No office.

In short save yourself a lot of time and heartache. Don't deal with these gangsters! Go to a local design company that has a good reputation and DO NOT trust the positive reviews on trust pilot. You have been warned. Don't be that guy or gal that suddenly gets the sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach and wishes that they had listened to me.

Waste of money and time, very unhelpful, unprofessional, and condescending manner. I have paid for a website almost one year ago, and still do not have a website. It has been the most frustrating process, no help or guidance was given, and customer service is shocking. Hidden fees everywhere, this is a scam - avoid engaging with this company!

Absolute nightmare form day 1. Took payment and did not complete required project. Left me with a very very poor half finished website and refused to answer or reply to my calls. Seems the company has since disappeared. Disgraceful

I have paid this company thousands to build a website, they have done nothing only request money and taken nearly 3 years to complete a project. That is still incomplete, they are now holding me to ransom for more money so I can have control of a website that belongs to me.

URGENT SCAM WARNING
Do not use this company, Paid a large sum of money last October, and to this day do not have a website, I got a call last week demanding more money and now the company has closed. No one will return my call. They are linked to logo Symmetry & Symmetry Group in the UK. Please don't make the same mistake as i have.

This Company has been struck off the companies List and has been dissolved but still have a live website.I would highly recommend avoiding paying any money over to them. You will lose your money..........

I made a deposit of 860 eur to Digital Centric for an E-commerce website on the 10th of August 2021 however, company name appeared as Design company on my statement. The balance of 370 eur was paid before Christmas and I was advised by them to initiate 2 social media business account with the anticipation to have a social media audience, I was charged a separate amount of 405.90 euro these 2 payments were made on the 21st of December.
Up to this day, the website is not ready, only Facebook account was initiated with no activities whatsoever. The business Instagram account is yet to be set up. I have been given excuses over and over on why it has not been set up. I found reasons given very odd. I decided to seek advice from someone who told me that the website has no domain name which means I have only been shown a dummy website all along. I was supplied a contact number, but it was never answered they often call when it pleases them to do so using the same contact number given.
My emails are often ignored when I ask for an update. I have had to deal with 4 different people regarding the website names were Brian, Derek, Teddy and Abraham. All of them appear to have Indian accent but with English names. The last communication from the person in charge of the website was on the 22nd of December. Resent emails sent were not responded to . I have paid to this company the sum of 1635.90 euro with no website and unfunctional Facebook marketing. It's been more than a week now that I have been seeking for the particulars of the website so that I can move on but I guess I might have to start from the scratch afterall no domain name has been registered. I notice there is a pattern here where they post 3 to 4 fake good reviews after a bad one. Do not even try to post your fake unrealistic response to my review but you will surely be caught one day.
Please guys do not be fooled. They are scammers !!!!!!

this is a very very bad company to deal with im starting a new company so i contacted them for advice they show a video clip and they said that they can make a video that looks similar to theres for selling products so i gave a 1000euro up front the video was notting like they showed me im calling them they wont call me back they wont give back my money im texting them and still wont call me back ill have to contact my solicitor

My experience with Digital Centric was painful. They are absolutely useless. After six weeks of my pleading with EMMA to remove all pictures of models posing they were sill mostly there. Then she put my biography for sale on the landing page, something I never ask her to do. It ended up being such an incredible botched up job that it was unusable and unrepairable. I asked for a refund of my €599 paid up front in good faith and got no response. Keep well away from this shower of crooks!

My wife contacted Digital Centric for Ministry Logo and designs and the job was well done. The designer by name Jack was patient and went extra miles to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We are satisfy with end products and would definitely recommend their services.

Digital Centric helped me start my own business (logo design, website and printed materials). I am very happy with the finished products, as they are exactly what I wanted! Henry Richards from the production team was also so helpful in assisting me with my website. Both employees were super helpful at all times and it made dealing with the company a pleasure. I have just had my online shop website design done by Digital Centric, really impressed! Looks great and works fantastically on a phone!

Hired this company for small changes to finish up my website and subscription email. Company didn't deliver, didn't finish and stopped responding my emails. Phone number also doesn't work.

Emma and Brian were just amazing. Totally understood what I was asking for, quick turnaround, constant updates from your agent. Cannot recommend enough

The designs were way better than I imagined. Great value, even though I only got the basic package.
