Check your CC statement for mysterious $39.95 charges.
I just now (May 1, 2023) discovered that this company, which I had never heard of, has been billing my credit card for $39.95/month. I don't know how they got my info, and I had no idea until reading this web page what kind of services they supposedly provide. The only info that show up on my statement is an 855 phone number, which turns out to be the number for Billing Support, a Florida-based company that is apparently a third-party used by Digitalizze. Billing Support was very helpful in reversing the charges and canceling "my subscription."
Second time Digitalizze tried this
Second time Digitalizze tried this. On 4/25/23. Caught it on 4/27/23. This SCAM piggybacks on legitimate purchases. Contact the company where you caught this from. Maybe they can purge it from thier system.
Usually hits your spam. You may have no idea it's there. The $39.95 hits your debit/CC immediately though it says it's a 5 day free trial. If folks don't constantly watch their cards. They should. I saw the charge. Located these #$@&*%/ in my spam. Canceled it on the second day.
Will use the phone duration, date tag, other evidence to get money back if needed. I've had my info and accounts emptied before. The money was sent to Romania through Western Union. They were able to track it. Return it.
Since then I keep my credit cards locked I don't use. An alert on the ones i do use and my debit card over a set amount.
I have no idea how they got my info and…
I have no idea how they got my info and card and just happened to see this charge!! I got hold of someone and they told me it will be refunded in 2-3 days. Certainly not happy about this . Let’s see if they stick to their word…..grrrrr My bank is on this also
I never signed up for it
I never signed up for it, and now have to disputed it through wiworwe.me which showed up on my billing statement for my bank. Nearly 100 dollars billed since Feburary.
Affordable service
I've been using this for a few months now and while I appreciate the affordable pricing and good streaming quality I do think the selection could be better and the user interface can be a bit slow and clunky if you are using a tablet which my only complaint but beyond that I really like it and would recommend it to friends.
This company charged my prepaid credit…
This company charged my prepaid credit card before it was activated . Please beware scam I have absolutely no idea how they managed that but definitely hacker pros. Keep your money and I'd safe do not do business with this company.

SCAMMED at Florida Parking Lot
SCAMMED at Florida Parking Lot
Had a reoccurring charge (2x) on account. Contacted info in charge - third party company enthole.xyz (next review) said we signed up for some streaming service. This was my husband's card and there is not even a remote chance that was true. I do all the online stuff in the family. They could give no details on time or location. I matched the date of the first charge to a trip to Cocoa Beach for lunch. Super shady parking lot (off North Atlantic) and my husband recollected that the payment system they used was super confusing.

Maryann from Michigan
Please advertise as yourself, Digitalizze, don't try to get customers under the Neilsen TV Ratings app. I went to apply to Neilsen to become a member of their panel, and I got you. What a scam!!
They don't have a no star!!
They don't have a no star!!! I downloaded this for the Apple app TV needless to say it didn't work. Calling the bank to make sure my debit card is not charged!!
If they ask for your card back out
So glad I saw this review. Was ready to provide my no member service fee. I backed out of it
Total scam
Total scam. Says "You wont be charged for free membership" but the fine print after you have clicked Submit, the "free membership" is for 5 days then $40/month unless you cancel. Natually you cannot cancel. Just assume that everything on line is a scam.
BTW, they instantly hit my cc (Discover) with the $39.95, not after 5 days. Fortunately Discover blocked it before I even called them.
This is a scam
This is a scam. I was trying to pay for an EV charge session and was redirected to this sight. I see online that this is a scam that is hitting people. I had no idea that I was redirected. My credit card was immediately charged $39.95.
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I was looking for Uber and again as previous notes. This screen popped up and I am find myself applying for a subscription for movies games. Whatever I didn’t realize that I was signing up for anything other than Uber. When I tried to cancel the subscription, there’s nothing on my account where they say to go and cancel subscription. You have to call the phone number for when they’re open to cancel it then when you call and cancel the subscription, they ask for your first six numbers and last four numbers of your Credit card you used I knew better and gave them my name instead they couldn’t find my information and insisted I give them my account number I said no you sent me an email that confirmed a subscription for five free days and I want it canceled she miraculously found my information once I told her it was a scam and that I was going to report this. I have not yet seen a charge and hopefully I won’t.
The deceptive fraud is ongoing
The deceptive fraud is ongoing. On April 1 I was trying to load Smart Switch on my phone. I didn't know then that the app is free so when I was asked for CC # I thought it was Smart Switch asking. Instead, I ended up with a subscription to digitalizze.co. Minutes later I got their confirmation email saying I would be paying $39.99/mo. I also checked my CC and they had charged $1. I wanted to cancel right away but I found out that the only way to cancel is by calling 1-844-980-3193 during business hours. I called on Mon. 4-3 and spoke with a guy very difficult to understand, who asked way too much info. I did not give him all ten digits from my CC that he wanted, but he said he did cancel the account anyway. However, the account status still shows as active, so I disabled my CC.
And the really bad thing about this scam is that it keeps going on. Today I googled "Smart Switch" from an old phone and the first thing that shows up is the very same site where I was tricked into subscribing to digitalizze.co on 4-1.
Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else. I was downloading an app to fax something and access to tha5 app shrunk to a small bar at the top while the main screen filled with this app. Before I knew it I was subscribed to Digitalizze. I immediately canceled through a chat and was told I would not be charged. When I looked at my bank account a few hours later, there's $39.95 pending. I was told it would take 5 days for that hold to fall off. Why did you put the charge on if the 1st week was free? Total scam.
I was signing up for a parking app and…
I was signing up for a parking app and got redirected without realizing it. Voila - 39.95 charge on my credit card. I called customer service to cancel and they asked for my whole credit card number. I refused to give it and said I would dispute with credit card company. The offshore customer service person (whom I could barely understand) said "that won't help." Um, yeah, it will. My credit card company is already fully apprised of the situation and has put a "do not pay" on anything that this company is attached to.
Never signed up and was charged!
Redirected when signing up for another site
I was signing up for another completely different service without realizing I was redirected to this site. I just called to them to cancel the subscription but now I suspect I have to watch my credit card. I did receive a cancellation email but be aware when you are signing up for a service.
