Scam

Scam -
As with so many others, I was signing up for a FitBit account, but this form popped up in between. As a result, I inadvertently signed up for a Digitalizze.co account. The "free" process immediately charged $1 to my MasterCard account.
I went to their phone number listed under transactions in my MasterCard account, called, but they are closed on the weekend. After reading stories from others, I reluctantly canceled my card, as it appears a disputed charge doesn't stop Digitalizze from repeatedly reentering the charge (resulting in a hold on the credit card). What a pain.

SCAM. Do not use this site.

SCAM! While getting a "free trial" for an android scope camera app, I put my credit card info in before I realized it was not actually the app I thought it was. No way to cancel, since I didn't set up an account or password. Thankfully, CapitalOne alerted me about the fraud charge, but now, a month later, Digitalizze tried to run the charge again. Ended up having to cancel the card and get a new one. BEWARE!

I thought I was going into my zelle…

I thought I was going into my zelle account and put in credit card info before I realize I had been tricked into signing up for Digitizze. I tried in vain to go back and cancel immediately. I will call the bank and have my card cancelled. What a scam! My account was charged 1.00 by a customer service company that I have never heard of.

Same experience as most on here!

Same experience as most on here. I thought I was signing in to Tubi, but got redirected through the QR code, to digitalizze.co. Unable to sign in to cancel, and 'forgot password' does not work, of course. I had to cancel my credit card immediately, and will be without a credit card now, for 7 to 10 business days! They were able to charge me $1.41. Bunch of losers.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They popped up when I was trying to download a free app and when I found out it wasn't the free qsr code app and there was a $39.95 charge, I emailed them right away and called them to cancel. Then I called again. My credit card was locked up because they are continuing to try and charge my account. DON'T USE THEM....THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I AM REPORTING TO MISSOURI ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and filed a report with the government

Snookered!

Signing up for an app for a grocery store chain, I entered my credit card and other info only to find I had joined "Digitalizze" for a free trial. How the #### did that happen? I called my credit card company as soon as I could and there was a $39 charge from "CYP-ST.com." I'm stopping the payment by disputing the charge and blocking any more charges. I'm canceling that credit card and getting a new one. I intend to file a complaint with the FTC.

ANOTHER SCAM

SCAM! Me too!
I was logging in to a musicians' site I have used for years and was transferred to Digitalizzed thinking they were now managing the account. I signed up for a five day "Free Trial". They immediately charged my debit card for $39.95. Their "Help" menu is phony. It doesn't accept your user name or Password. Their phone number doesn't answer or puts you into queue. I had to immediately put a stop on my debit card through my bank or Digitalizze would have kept charging me every month for the next seven months. Now I have to go through the new debit card process of notifying all my autopayment creditors of the change. Thanks to my bank for working with me on this or I'd never have gotten out of this.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. I stopped before activating my account. A few minutes later I received an email thanking me for activating my new account. So I immediately followed their directions to access my account and cancel it. But it won't accept my login information. I only had a little money on my debit card, which they stole from me immediately. I'll be canceling that card today.

I signed up by mistake

I signed up by mistake. The representative did not want to cancel when I called. There was supposed to be a free trial but I was charged anyway. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the weekend to refund the charge. It's a scam!!! Be careful,!

Don't Do It

This company participates in online fraud. I was attempting to setup my T-Mobile Home Internet. All was well until I had to scan the QR code, at that point Digitalizze.co popped-up. This company is a fraud an immediately shut down my user name and password making it impossible to cancel my subscription.

I was trying to sign up for Fitbit app…

I was trying to sign up for Fitbit app and said go to apple App Store for the app. the first app said Fitbit to Apple Health Sync which turned out to be digitalize.co I thought I had to sign up even though it said it was free to sync with my iPhone. I shortly there after received an email saying I had signed up for free movies, ect and would be billed $39.95 a month. closing out the account would not cancel the charges. Couldn't log in as it wouldn't accept my password and when I followed instructions to set up another password nothing happened. I went to their .com website and there are over a hundred different listings of categories, ect and of course I couldn't log in. Their app is APPLE HEALTH SYNC. Definitely bad, bad, news
