I have owned ethos, Megger, fluke and kewtech MFT's and I have to say whilst they all fundamentally do the same job the Di-log DL9110 is by far my favourite MFT to date. Super easy to use. Massive screen and very user friendly. Had to order a remote test probe and Dave Sweetman has been fantastic and is a credit to the company

I would like to thank the team and Paul especially for the support on my new purchase of a PEL 103.
Helping me getting it programmed and how to sort out all the data cheers.

I have been using a DL9118 fo a couple of years now. It a nice tester, clear results and very easy to use. It's also made in the UK which is a bonus.

We started getting problems & very odd readings from our old test kits so I did my research and decided to replace them all for the Di-Log 'DL9118 MFT' and now have 8 of them. One of the best decisions I have made. They are extremely user friendly and always give quick accurate results on the very large display screen. They perform all the electrical tests required for 18th edition testing without fuss. When performing earth fault loop impedance tests you can set it up to start the test as soon as the leads are connected to the circuit under test without having to press or hold the test button which makes life much easier. I have also used Di-Log for calibrating the test kits and this was very easily sorted out with the test kits being returned within 3 days. After sales service is also excellent. Can not rate the company or the test equipment highly enough.

Cannot praise Sonny and the DI-Log team enough for there support, they provide great service/price/Knowledge. They have good stock holding across the product range!
Sonny has also been a huge help recently with Kew Electrical Kent's Bag 'n' Tag calibration days we are currently holding!

I purchased my Di-Log DL9118 after speaking with my rep Mark after seeing the tester in one of my local wholesalers. I have been using tester now for around 6 months and quality and ease of testing compared to other brands which I have used is second to none. I could not recommend one of these testers more especially for the spec that you get at the price !!

First class traditional customer service
The Di-log customer service team listened to the issue I was having with an 8 year old tester and worked through a couple of options. Unlike many companies these days, they were not rushing to end the call, and even went the extra mile to find the best solution. There is a lot to be said about good companies who care about their customers. I will buy all my test equipment from them based on this experience. Hats off to you.

Paul helped me set up the energy logger. Remotely logged into my laptop and sorted it all out. Extremely helpful and has given me confidence in Dilog test equipment.

I have been a Di-log customer for a good few years now first purchase wss the DL9118 multifunction tester what a product best tester I have ever used. Price build quality all faultless. I now have their voltage testers non contact tester the new IP rated one with the 24v low range. Di-log are my go to supplier for test equipment. My local sales manager Melanie is always helpful and never gives the hard sell. She knows the products do the talking with build quality price point and after sales service. My advice is make contact and take a look at the product range you won't be disappointed trust me been in the electrical industry nearly 40 years. I know a great product when i see it

Needed help to set up and record with a Dilog Pel 103.
Paul set the programme and explained how to extract the information. After 1 week of logging the data, spoke to Paul again and he walked me through everything we needed and could compile with the information at hand.

Absolutely delighted with the DL9110. It's a great tester and very well priced. Highly recommend this product. Also the customer service from Dilog is second to none. Quality all round from equipment to staff.

Their customer service is excellent, and so is their technical support. I have the DL9118 and have used this for the last couple of years, the tester works great however had issues with the leads, the GS38 covers means that they don’t fit into slim RCBOs. When Dilog heard about this they sent slim ones, which is why their Customer service is outstanding.
Also the crocodile clips aren’t that good as they sometimes don’t make good connections with the wires. This has meant that on continuity tests I quite often have to check the results.
They also do a plug for R1&R2 tests but you have to buy that separately, which I’d have expected for their top of the range tester.
They’re a British company with an great product let down by the accessories. I’d recommend their Equipment and will buy from them in the future. Looking at an earth clamp and updating my voltage pen.
