Absolute AWFUL quality bed, no instructions, no markings on the bed, just a clip together cheap bed. AVOID. Trying to contact them but it;s close to IMPOSSIBLE

Ordered a 9 piece rattan sofa set via wowcher on 10th April. Was mostly ignored by Wowcher and this company, after my order wasnt delivered, as promised by 20th April. Ive since been promised it would be delivered. Received a phone call this evening to advise they don't even have stock and they won't know until September if they will get more. I asked them to cancel my order and refund, I told them I was disgusted they had held my money (nearly 600 quid) for three weeks, knowing they weren't going to deliver. A few minutes later, I receive an email from Wowcher advising this item had been dispatched by Dining Tables.... I don't think so! I've now gone to PayPal to dispute this to ensure I get my money back. Absolutely shoddy company... Please don't waste your time or money. These jokers need closing down ASAP. Fuming!

Ordered a rattan set of Wowcher it came really fast and the quality is amazing the bad reviews seem to only be on mattresses

I ordered a 4 piece rattan furniture set from wowcher. As soon as I read reviews on here, my heart sank and wished I hadn’t ordered from this company. However, I was surprised how good my experience was with furniture italia/dining tables. I received an email advising due to Covid 19 to expect delays and my delivery date was estimated 4 May. But a few days later I received a text confirming my delivery would be 23 April which was under 2 weeks after ordering. I received my furniture within the 12-6 time slot as promised. It comes flat pack so took a bit of time to put together but it looks great in my garden and I am very pleased with the value for money. I hope you all have the same experience I did. Good luck.

Well didn't see all these bad reviews before i ordered through wowcher anyway my single matteress should of been delivered 3 weeks ago still nothing but despite being sent out again twice still no matteress absolute scum bags they are every time you ring there is no answer and only one working on emails

Illegally trading as ‘dining tables’ ‘furniture italia’ and ‘giomani designs’. They call themselves furniture italia, even though they have been dissolved. They sell their awful furniture through wowcher (also scammers) and never deliver it. I’m £130 down and the fake delivery company were supposed to deliver today but never turned up and funnily enough I cannot contact them or ‘dining tables’. There is one stupid woman named Julie running the emails and completely avoids any questions / complaints. Please please please avoid!!

Horrendous company with cheap shoddy beds and mattresses. You will not get what you ordered and when you complain and tell them about it they try to make out that you received what you paid for.
Not only did they send me the wrong mattress but they sent me one that didn't fit the bed that I ordered.
I've been in agony with my back ever since sleeping on the mattress and have now had to go to a different company and order a better one, this has cost me so much money.
Companies like this need stopping because they are ripping people off.Shame on them!

Got the radley divan with a "supposed" memory foam spring mattress, Well what i got was a mattress that the council give out if your on benefits... Now the divan ... Cheap.. nasty... NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE..
The bed advertised is NOT the one i recieved... looks beautiful on the pictures ..
I have just come back from the hospital after catching my hand on 4 staples that where hanging out ..
THE DIVAN BASE IS JUST HELD ON STAPLES. FABRIC WITH CREASES IN .. HORRIBLE ...

I bought a bed on wowcher crushed velvet with diamond studs head board but matress and headboad are nothing what l bought on wowcher picture am disappointed l had alread boght thing to match dont know what to do with this bed as l dont want it

I bought an ottoman double bed off wowcher and a memory foam matress for a a bargain price of 179 pounds with 30 quid delivery. It said I'd saved 1000 pounds but I wasnt getting my hopes up it would be a 1000 pound bed and matress. Anyway, I ordered and paid and chose a date to come and it did, exactly the right time and was told half hour before it was going to be here. Beds fine and everything, only thing I deducted one star for is for the mattress, it is foam but it's quite thin, this will be my first night sleeping on it tonight so I shall see how it goes. Apart from that, everything went smoothly. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, I'm just spending an extra 20 quid on a mattress topper that's all, but I was going to get one anyway for any mattress I purchased. Hope this helps!

Bought a mattress of living social of this company before trying similar ones in various shops.
Price was 170 plus delivery.

Really regret this purchase as the mattress does not deliver its promise!
I wake up with a sore back every morning and now have to purchase an additional topper as i cant afford a new mattress.

I also think the normal price they usually sell at ( supposedly) cannot be right.
No one in their right mind would pay 800 quid for this mattress!!

The previous reviews and warnings from acquaintances made me very nervous after I purchased a bed from this company trough Wowcher, but now that I have it and have slept one night I don’t have anything to complain. The mattress is comfortable and soft and the bed seems sturdy enough and if not, some modifications can be made to make it more durable. I got the right size and colour. For the price I paid it seems to be good value.

Why they lost one star from me is that on the day of delivery the delivery company had apparently broken the bed and it took them 5 days to get us another one and no refunds were given. Apparently they have a small print where they will not take responsibility for any damages for the delivery damages other than replace the item. I had to sleep 5 days on a mattress because of this. So don’t throw away your old bed before the delivery.

I can not understand all the bad reviews on here as we dismissed all of them and went a head and ordered a small single bed via Wowcher and it arrived with everything as expected, within the week and with a good sleep on it! It was excellent value so don't listen to all the negative reviews!!!

I ordered a bed and paid extra for delivery. Received a call from driver on day of delivery to inform me that he was outside and wouldn't bring the bed in.
I had my baby with me and couldn't leave him alone or take him with me to carry the bed upstairs alone.he refused to help me at all.
I finally got the bed inside to discover missing parts- bolts for headboard.
Have been emailing a woman named Julie- who said they delivered it to my garden so its there. I would like my delivery refunded at least but no- typos in their emails, poor grammar and more.
Terrible customer service.

Absolute joke of a company! Ordered one colour bed- they sent out a different one as no fabric to complete my original order- they knowingly sent out the wrong colour in the hope it would be ok! Whole bed is nothing like photo- cheap, shoddy, piece of crap! No instruction to put it together! the driver said although wrong colour I have to keep it as paid for- and the company will sort pick up/refund!!! After a lot of emails/trying to call - all I got offered was sorry it’s wrong colour but no fabric in stock - can offer £10 refund & keep the bed!!!!!!!! So upset & cross as other bed was gone so had to keep it! Got a new bed from dreams on order so this one will be straight in skip once dreams deliver!!! AVOID this company! Do not use! I also emailed wowcher to say how bad it’s been - never using wowcher again either!!! Absolute joke of a company & products!!!! 😡

Can't comment about the previous bad reviews on here but I can say that I have just had a king size 3000 pocket memory foam mattress delivered. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth and the delivery guy even helped me carry it up to the second floor without demanding any payment. The mattress itself is as described and very comfortable and appears to be of good quality. All for £174 from Wowcher. Time will tell if the mattress is any good but for that price who's complaining. Certainly not me.

Please read every negative review about this company and believe them, can't add to much more that has already been said, I had a nightmare from start to finish. The one thing I would add is that I think the scam starts from the delivery driver, the mattress wasn't even out the lorry before he was telling me how bad the mattress was and if I call I would get a more superior one if I pay £40 more. I didn't want to take delivery and told him to take it back, but I had to take it. Finally after a few phone calls got a refund but had to pay the original delivery charge plus for them to pick it up ( so £40 out of pocket ) so I can't stress enough please please do not get mugged off like I have and so many others.

Absolute joke of a company scamming customers by selling inferior quality items with a supposed discount of 85 per cent.Refuse to accept returns unless you pay them £29 .
Bed is not as described before buying and cheap and nasty.
Despite contacting their company on several occasions they will not accept this not the same bed as described and allow me to return it.
Living Social( ie Woucher ) also promote this company and allow them to get away with ripping off and scamming customers and will not make them take back their shoddy goods.
Also don’t depend on PayPal taking up your case as they say the company have supplied the correct goods and are entitled to supply goods to you that are different than the ones ordered or supplied.

I don't have a problem with delivery except that I didn't realise I had to pay extra for them to bring it upstairs. The delivery chap did take pity on me though and helped me get the mattress to the top of the stairs and I managed the rest myself. My real issue is there are no instructions and I have no idea how to fix the 2 bits of base together. there are a couple of plastic bits which I presume is what you use but a picture diagram on a sheet would be helpful. If anyone knows please enlighten me - my daughter will be arriving soon and is supposed to be sleeping in it tonight!

Ordered a small double and mattress for my son through Wowcher. Really happy! Communication was excellent, choice of delivery dates including Saturday at no extra cost.
Delivery was on time and swift and efficient.
The bed itself is lovely for the money - it’s not high end but what do people expect for the price?
Please don’t listen to the bad reviews I have had nothing but a good experience
