ordered small double bed /mattress on 2/8/19 through wowcher , chose a delivery date ( Saturday 10th August ) only to be told an hour and a half before delivery the driver “broke down “ phoned premier delivery after being cut off several times / placed on hold was told I could receive it on Tuesday . I explained this wasn’t good enough but they didn’t seem to care . Premier delivery couldn’t tell me where the van had broke down or why they couldn’t send a replacement van , I honestly don’t believe it had been sent in the first place . Called again today only to be told next available would be Saturday 17th no customer service at all they will take your money but no deliver as promised . I wish I had read reviews but I thought it would be ok as was purchased through wowcher how wrong was I . I have emailed wowcher twice regarding this and no reply and the company number for “ dining tables “ does not seem to exist . Arghhhhh so frustrating, I have a daughter with no bed and can’t seem to get a proper answer from anyone . Now since reading the reviews I’m worried the bed won’t be fit for purpose . Please do not use the company unless you want to be let down

Ordered rattan corner sofa.....last end handed the wrong way so could not complete the assembly which took way more than to 2 hours advised. No feet for foot stools either..... So disappointed as ordered for a family party.... Read the reviews and heart sunk further........ However contacted sales and 7 days later feet and correct end panel delivered so thank you for your very quick and prompt delivery.

I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. My daughter ordered a crushed velvet double bed and mattress through Wowcher. I was apprehensive at the start as the price was low for what we were getting. The communication from the company regarding delivery was excellent! The night before delivery I decided to check out the reviews online and I wished I hadn’t as they were terrible!!!! I literally thought we had just thrown our money away!!! I told my husband that he would need to check the bed on delivery as he was taking the order alone as I was at work. The bed arrived at 10.30 in the morning and my husband asked the pleasant delivery driver if he could check the items and he agreed with no problem at all. He even helped my husband carry the bed and mattress into the kitchen even though it was only a door to door delivery service! The bed and mattress are absolutely fantastic and we are absolutely thrilled with them both - outstanding value for money, good quality and great service!!! I lost a whole nights sleep worrying that my daughter would be so disappointed and we would be out of pocket completely unnecessarily! We had a fantastic experience and great service to match, I would definitely recommend. I have no idea where all these bad reviews have come from, maybe we were just lucky! Thank you diningtables and wowcher for a hassle free experience!

Ordered a bed from these guys through Ebay, all seemed good, great price and good communication as far as dispatch.
Problems? yes.. they arrived at 06.30am on a saturday morning to deliver.. (correct day, but thats incredibly early..)
2nd problem? its a big one.. the bed doesn't match the image in the listing, and they refuse to acknowledge this and are claiming at every stage that the bed we received is the correct bed?? Its quite simple.. its not the same bed, its different to the one we ordered and doesn't match the one in the image of the listing. honest advice? be careful.. probably best to avoid and pay a bit extra to go to a trusted provider.

Avoid like the plague I ordered a wowcher divan bed with two draws headboard and memory mattress I received the order on time but once I unwrapped it it’s was a totally different divan to what was advertised totally different headboard and the mattress was a king size I ordered a double so I was left with a double divan with a king size mattress and a different colour headboard to the cream divan I contacted them to which I was told someone would ring me 2 days later no phone call so I called they wanted £50 to return the goods when they messed up! To which I refused I had already spent hundreds on this they advised that’s all they could do so I’m stuck with a miss match load of rubbish I would take your custom elsewhere!

Bought a bed through wowcher - wrong item received, no one seems to care, 4 days off work due to canx deliveries, repeated lies told, no idea how this company is allowed to trade!

If I could give no stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST! Bought a king size divan with 4 drawers, headboard and was supposed to come with a memory foam mattress but came with a bog standard ordinary matress. The base is flimsy, no holes for the bolts that came with it and had to cut the material on the base to fit the clips. No instructions for the headboard and no holes pre-cut for the screws that came with it, which was a shame as the headboard is the best made item of the lot! Tried to email the company but was undelivered as my email was detected as spam! Tried to call the company but no one answered. Shocking product and a scam of a company. Lesson learned - should’ve checked the reviews but didn’t as bought through Wowcher and thought they would have checked the company out. Just glad I didn’t pay full price! Never again!

Appalling service lack of respect for customers don’t deliver what has been paid for and take ages giving money back would not order again be careful because same company is trading as companies names is also part of furniture italia and beds.co.uk
Spent stupid money calling back and forth never got compensated for two weeks without my money or the calls

Do not buy a bed from this company. The build quality is awful. Terrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, PURCHASED OFF WOWCHER SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE COMPANY NAME ON WOWCHER!!!
Bought a bed it was terrible quality, they returned it with the same material used and i hadn't got it out the pack again properly and the draw face fell off, 3 weeks now and no sign of a refund I have been told my order has been lost in the system so she will send me an email confirmation to say it has been received back into the warehouse for me to have a refund! Still nothing !! I dont have time for this and it's stressful DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE MONEY GRABBING!!

The most awful company ever. Their customer service is so bad I am contacting a lawyer. They supplied the wrong mattress and refused to either replace it with the correct one or refund my money.

Bought a small double crushed velvet bed. I don't understand how it's got so many bad reviews, my bed is lovely! Well worth the price. Bought it through wowcher, paid £129 + £30 delivery. Honestly so confused about the bad reviews saying "scam"??

AVOID AVOID AVOID..the most disgusting, rude customer service..abuse, and rubbish goods..big mistake giving them my money..no aftercare, and was treated absolutely terrible. Just dont go near this or waste money with them.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews when I purchased the small double bed through Wowcher. Received the bed within a week. Great communication regarding delivery. The bed and headboard are exactly as described and although the mattress is not like the picture it is still a good quality comfortable mattress! Will use again.

Firstly I put one star before but it was my mistake with delay in delivery so I have now retracted and given 4 stars the beds are Sooooooo Comfortable.

AVOID at all costs. Purchased a double mattress via Wowcher, got a King size delivered instead. Couldn't get hold of anyone from this company despite continually emailing and phoning. Tried to dispute this via Wowcher who said I had to deal with supplier as they took no responsibility for this. Tried charge back with Paypal who wanted me to send oversized mattress back to supplier at my own cost and i would then receive a refund. Tried disputing this with Paypal as supplier had sent wrong size and were not communicating, however paypal would not budge. Long story short I never got a refund as it would have cost me half what I paid to ship the incorrect king size mattress back to useless supplier DiningTables.co.uk.

I bought the worst quality bed I have ever seem in my life, the base is weak and flimsy, the drawers are only stapled on not screwed on and the mattress is definitely not memory foam at all. Really poor quality! It arrived with no fixings or instructions. I contacted them to come collect the bed. I had to give £40 cash to the driver on collection... Again another SCAM! £30 to delivery and £40 to collection.i wasting £70 and I’m waiting for £200 refund! NEVER AGAIN!
