AVOID... please dont use them or beds.co.uk your wasting your time and money. the quality is very poor customer care is zero. i ordered via wowcher and received a different mattress and is a joke. i could go on and on but i wont I've already spent to much of my time on this company sending emails etc and i just really finally want to advise you all that its a shambles I wish id of read these before i purchased!! and if your email happens to land with Lilly ...goodluck because she wont try and resolve anything for you and if you call they put the phone down or say they cant hear you. my query was escalated to wowcher CEO and i raised a claim with paypal and they seemed to be more helpful.

Absolutely useless and wowcher just as useless. Neither would take resposibilty for the disgusting quality of the frniture.. wasnt even worth the delivery charge paid! DONT USE WOWCHER OR DINING TABLES! YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Bought rattan set from wowcher and holes didn't line up with screws.

If there was a 0 star option I would have scored it , bed arrived today broken , Base completely smashed to pieces and unusable , after looking at the quality I'm surprised it wasn't in worse condition than it is ! Brought through wowcher who I am equally disappointed in , after trying g to get through to diningtables.co.uk and furniture italia just two of the names the sham company go by and through wowcher after 3 hours on the phone I have finally been told that it will take upto 2 weeks for the bed to be collected ! So that's no where to sleep , a bedroom to now store broken unusable furniture and no money to solve the problem ! Absolute scam , would never recomend and as for wowcher they should vet the company's they work with , oh and the matress is definitely not memory foam at all as stated and the head board needs to be fitted the wall also not stated .....

Can’t give them a zero. Absolutely shocking quality of a bed and mattress. Not inexpensive but cheap. This company operate under different names. I am saddened by the fact I have been duped by this bunch. We thought it was a good deal. The only good deal we will get from the bed is a good deal of sleepless nights on the rubbish that they sold us. Need to save up now and get a decent bed.

I implore you to investigate thoroughly who you buy a bed from. We got this through Wowcher which makes it more aggravating as if we had brought from a website we would probably put more effort into checking the supplier.

Have to vent a bit; really saddened and not looking forward to sleeping on it while we save for a new one. I guarantee the bed will be taken to the local tip as I would not even give it to someone I disliked.

This seems a dodgy outfit. I had a bad experience buying via a coupon site - the furniture was apparently sold out. I left a bad review which the company contested, saying that the sales via Wowcher were not linked to their company. So Trustpilot asked me to provide evidence that this is not the case. Anyhow, they seem to trade under a range of different website names beds.co.uk, diningtables.co.uk etc, but the address shown leads to a company called Giomani Designs Ltd with a residential address - Company number 07182902. Not quite sure what is going on, or why sites like Wowcher continues to advertise them. There is an upheld ASA Ruling on Giomani Designs Ltd run by Kaseem Kazim KHURSHID for false advertising.

Absolutely terrible!
Called today to change my delivery address for 2 days time they said sorry the bed is out off stock . I checked the website and still no information about this being out off stock online! When asking why was I not informed about this earlier instead of 2 days before delivery she replied you would have been contacted. No one has tried to contact me. Even I tried to contact them a week ago to change delivery through email had no response. Customer service team were rude and hung up on me mid Sentance when asking for a refund. Avoid buying beds through Wowcher and dinning tables terrible service and just extereamly rude

-Customer service on ALL fronts were excellent. Could not fault it at all.
-Quality of the goods is EXCELLENT. Really not sure why everybody else was whining and whinging about the quality after they have arrived. You ordered from wowcher... you can't expect 10/10 quality but I was very skeptical about how the quality would be. Do not read the bad reviews, these people are just trying to get money back where they can for the most minimal of issues. My bed is excellent and I am so happy.
-All 3 boxes had grease/oil stains on the bottom - which DIDN'T touch the goods at all.

The base for the mattress took a little while to perfect due to the structure of the wood but overall really pleased with my first bed purchase especially as it was so cheap! Cannot fault it at all.

P.S My delivery did not come the day I requested due to bad weather conditions (extreme snow) but totally did not expect it to arrive that day anyway. It was rescheduled for 4 days after the originally requested date, just an FYI.

Avoid at all costs, ordered a divan bed and mattress through wowcher, it's the worst quality I've ever seen. The mattress is not a memory foam sprung mattress. The base is weak and flimsy the drawer fronts are only stapled on and not screwed on. Really poor avoid at all costs

I bought a bed and matress from wowcher. Delivery was quick, via premier deliveries. I selected a day and time and it was delivered as expected. The bed and matress were well packaged, all parts in tack and both products are great! Soft memory foam matress and great structure to my Italian fabric bed. Looks great too. I’d recommend!

Absoloute cowboys who will do ANYTHING to get out of having faulty, unsafe and very poor goods returned.
I received a kingsize bed and mattress that firstly were NOT luxury as described, the mattress was addressed to the completely wrong person and the driver refused to come back and collect it.
The instructions were poor, the bed was very unstable with minimal fixings to secure it.
All emails take days and days to get a response, I've contact Trading Standards and now going down that route. Shocking customer service and a disgrace to be called business owners.
I wouldn't wish these cowboys on my worst enemy and I'll go out of my way to make sure as many people as possible avoid them

Ordered 4 dining chairs on the 04/09 /2017 money was taken no delivery rang many times only to have phone put down then left in a Que for ages eventually I managed to contact Jacob who gave me some excuse about why I had waited a month for my delivery he promised me a delivery day which did happen much to my surprise but wait for it one of the chairs was damaged so I rang again [the order line]got thru and was asked to send a photo of the damaged chair of which I did received e mail saying sorry about the damaged chair it would be dealt with nothing happened rang again spoke to Aimee who said the photo had been lost so e mailed again and was promised a replacement on wed 18th nothing has happened rang again I now have been promised a delivery Monday the23rd up to now I have spent 15.00 on phone calls and quite a bit of time .This company is dodgy is has many trading names so do not place an order with them the quality is not that good if I ran my business like this I would be bankrupt

Item was ordered 13/05/17.
The item was delivered with damaged packaging this was noted on the delivery note signed and given to the driver 25/05/17 at 06:30am.
Upon unpacking the item 26/05/17 the divan base was unsuitable quality (staples sticking out and scratches on the base, one of the draws not assembled correctly) the mattress was soaking wet and had a foul (mouldy) odour (packaging on mattress was fully intact and sealed) an email was sent to company on the 25/05/17. Collection of the item was arranged as full refund was requested due to the item being unfit for purpose and was/is not of satisfactory quality. No further advice was given just the collection date.
The driver arrived at 07:15 on the 03/06/17 and refused to take the item as it was not packaged. We were not told the item should be packaged and as it is faulty and images of the damage had already been witnessed by a member of your team that it should have been taken as it was. The driver left and the company were emailed again on the 03/06/17 at 07:55 and a response was received on the same day at 15:25 stating that items will need to be "suitably packaged" (to which I would argue is subject to individual interpretation/discretion).
We were also told we would be contacted within 2-5 working days regarding a new collection date.
14/06/17 called and spoke to Amiee after being in a que for over an hour and having the phone put down after answering twice. Amiee told me collection was scheduled for the 15/06/17 now as we were unaware we would not be home as we would both be working so asked if collection could be rearrange and Amiee sorted this and the 17/06/16 was agreed.
Here we are the 17/06/17 and nothing I called at 09:22 and was told collection would be from 12:00 - 15:00, at 15:00 I called again and was told the delivery driver would 100% be here to collect between 16:30 - 17:30. I rang again at 17:30 and was firstly given the number for the delivery team (which is no available on weekends, so it's clear I was being fob off), after explaining my frustration the gent said he would call the company for me. I waited on hold and he came back and took my number and said he would call me once he had been in touch with them. Now the companies phone lines close at 18:00. So at 17:55 I called again only to be left on hold until the night service was put on the phones at 18:00. I now have to wait until 19/06/16 before I can even try to call again! I just want this bed removed from my home and my money back so I can purchase a bed from somewhere else.

This purchase has so far done nothing but cost us money in phone calls, time and stress due to the incompetence of the companies customer service and severely lacking in quality items.
I am 5 months pregnant and have been left without a bed now for over three weeks without even a proper apology.

Do not use this company, please be aware they trade under multiple names and simply change again when the bad reviews catch up with them, they also trade as beds.co.uk, furniture Italia, Giovanni design, beds outlet and multiple other alias. The registered unit is a fake run down front in wednesbury the actual unit is in bilston it's done to stop you being able to return items for refunds. Do not use.

I have not purchased from this company but you should be aware that they also go under the name of furnitureItalian and glass dining tables which do have reviews on here
