Great product, price and delivery service cannot recommend highly enough

From the point of ordering to the delivery. Everything was outstanding. Friendly and helpful people, and the delivery driver was stupendous in stacking 90 deck boards in my garage on a VERY hot day. The quality of the decking is simple fantastic and so nice underfoot. Highly recommend.

Dino’s customer service exceeded all expectations!
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
From the initial enquiry, to next day delivery, even the delivery guy was lovely.
We had a missing part and it was with us the next morning ! Julian kept me updated and even followed up to check it had arrived ok.
I would absolutely recommend them and use them again for future projects.
I can’t praise them enough.

After trying to place my order online, I couldn't get the delivery date to suit my needs. I emailed the company and, basically, a guy named Darren took over from there. He made sure my order was completed correctly and accommodated me with the delivery dates I was looking for. I was made to feel that my order was important to them, no matter how small or large that order might have been.

Project planning for a garden project next year and ordered the sample pack from Dino Decking. Thought it would be delivered weeks after I asked for it but no it took a couple of days. Samples for the decking were spot on and gave me an idea of what I wanted. Thanks to Dino Decking truly appreciated

We have decided not to progress with our decking plans for personal reasons (unrelated to Dino Deckling) but our initial encounter with the company has been very good.

Excellent quality boards, great communication from the initial enquiry until delivery. They delivered within a few days and the two delivery guys were really helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and the product.

They overestimated materials for my job and won't take it back unless I pay a huge amount to send it back to them and would only give a very small amount back, not a full refund. You would be better off using Travis Perkins, B&Q etc. because they are more user friendly and take back unwanted items.

I don’t often leave reviews but for Dino Decking I’m happy to make an exception. Our wooden decking had come to the end of its life during last winter. I researched my options and was pleased to find since I last looked composite decking was a much more viable option. I visited a number of suppliers including a visit to Dino Decking. I was impressed with the size of the operation, I spoke to some staff who answered my queries confidently and thoroughly. The order was placed for 38sqm Ash boards. The delivery was made the same week and work commenced. I am a competent At DIY and found the project straight forward. We are now four months in and there has been no issues, I was careful to allow sufficient expansion gaps which worked well even in the recent heatwaves. I did purchase some clear rubber socks from Amazon for the furniture which I found did cause some black marks. To clean the boards I use a mop and soapy water after it’s rained and they come up like new.

Just want to say a very quick thanks.
I ordered the decking on the Monday.
A chap called me later in the day asking about delivery times.
I said I leave early in the morning which wasn’t a problem.
It was 5:30 Tuesday morning when the chap turned up. He was so respectful of the time and was really quiet unloading the truck.
I forgot his name but he’s a good en 👍🏻

Thanks Dino I will definitely be using you again for my next project.

Oh and Sarah in the office is always quick to respond with any questions which is also a massive positive.

Fantastic fencing. Once completed will be looking to decking as well.
