very bad, no extra gift even though it was stated in the order. I came to the website to purchase the original price just because of the gift. I could have gone to Douglas for a much cheaper price as everything is on sale.
Missing item as well. The customer service in Germany is exceptionally bad.

Shame on you for supporting the apartheid occupying state of israel, animal cruelty, human rights violations, war crimes etc etc etc

I love Dior products but their website is the worst I've ever seen! I've been trying and trying to finish the purchase process, trying from different browsers, different times, everything possible, and it is just not going. Tried to contact support multiple times - no response. For such a brand I expect you have enough money to pay for good Support & Engineering teams...

Horrible, horrible costume service and behavior. My sister bought a pair of Dior shoes and we noticed that the leather of shoes are damaged. The shoes even were once!
So my sister contacts the store. At the begging they didn't accept that the shoes weren't in a good condition. After a long discussion with the store manager she said :we will repair them and send them to Paris. One month later we wear back to the store to get the shoes back and the behavior of the store manager was super rude. She ask us to come out the store , went few steps away from the entry, gave us the the shoes and say bye.

Bought Dior product directly from their official website. The product is as good as described, well package and fast shipping. But terrible shopping experience when using mobile phone to shop with them.

Horrible service in Germany. Was not expected from Dior. First they wrote me in German while I mentioned I prefer English as a contact language. Then they wrote me an email calling me "rau" instead of "Frau". The parcel was not delivered withing the timeframe suggested in the online shop and the client support asked me suggested me to go to a parcel station with a code to pick my purchase on my own.

Within 3 days my order was delivered. Very good. Just what I expect from a house of the stature of CD
