I wanted to change the delivery address…
I wanted to change the delivery address for my order just after 20minutes of order issue time but I couldn't! I even couldn't cancel the order! and can't understand how their system works.
Customer service agent responded that DPD would be responsible for this change and they will contact me. But no one got in touch and I couldn't reach out anybody either. they have delivered the package to the wrong address.
This was one of the worst/poorest online shopping experience I've ever had!
