I love the makeup
I love the makeup - but I had problems with DPD the delivery service. They were 1 week late and then they placed it to a name that does not exist here EVEN THOUGH I WAS AT HOME WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE! I was really angry and frustrated. Thinking what to do when I need to order again. Any hints?

Dear Sr/Madam
I am absolutely happy with DIOR product. Packaging was wonderful.
But I hope my meassage will be reached. I’m really very disappointed with DPD group, as my parcel was sent through this company. I would like to order some other pruducts from Dior, but honestly I hesitate, as they have extremely unprofessional employees there, that are blackmailing their customers .
This was my first experience with DPD and very disappointing . PS UPS and DHL are very professional .
Looking forward hearing any respinse from you.
