Unbelievably bad company

Unbelievably bad company! I sent and insured two piece's of Oak worth over hundreds of pounds on two separate occasions, two separate places in the UK and from the UK. Both times the items were very badly damaged, The driver's left the piece's of oak hidden at the two different properties, wrote on the system that they had been signed for in good condition. (thankfully one of the receivers had video footage, even though it did nothing in the end). I contacted the company and they refused to recollect the broken pieces of oak (one broken in half!!!) they also refused to refund the money for the delivery or pay out on the insurance. The first time they said it wasn't properly wrapped and argued with me that the photos showed a piece of oak wrapped in clear plastic when it was actually cardboard not the wood and there was thick foam wrapped around the wood underneath the card and also heavy duty foam corners on the wood. they were sent many photos showing all packaging and they just flat out argued with me that the cardboard was the wood even though you could see the white foam underneath and later sent photos of the corners. They then looked up my business online and said that I sell furniture and so that was a prohibited item and therefore not covered. I have to stress both times these were single pieces of wood. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will do anything to get out of paying on the insurance and they also don't refund the cost of delivery even though they completely smashed up what you were sending, they are not cheap the items costing over £40 to send. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shocking - avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is now my 3rd review and the only form of communication I have with this company. I have sent countless emails to various departments of the business requesting an update on my rejected claim to cover the £2000 cost of my goods that TNT single-handedly destroyed in transit due to significant lack of care. They have rejected the claim despite paying £100 insurance fee and I have not heard anything from them since June.

I have been waiting for this refund for over 4 months and have now persued legal action but I strongly advise you do not go anywhere near this company they are incredibly useless and have digusting customer service, I am very much looking forward to watching this company go down the drain

You are the WORST courrier in the…

You are the WORST courrier in the market . The parcel is lost and found from Limassol Cyprus to be in Larnaca and its been for 3 days with your courrier for delivery. I am calling twice a day and every day your company is saying me that today i am going to get my package. I am on hold for 15minutes and all the sadden the line drops and then i am getting an answering machine that your work hours are until 18:00.
You are the worst courrier ever. Actually you are not a courrier, but a discrase.

NEVER EVER USED THIS SERVICE

NEVER EVER USED THIS SERVICE, NO ONE
LISTEN. THE ONLINE LIVE CHAT IS SHIY!
I have send a parcel which suppose to be delivered between 4 to 6 working day, the same tracking given me two differents delivery days, after a week still saying in transit, hasn't been updated for 5 days, still saying is at Charles de Gaulle airport.
What a wast off space.

Another day of my life wasted waiting for a delivery that never appeared

So took the day off nice warm and sunny so windows and doors open. 15:24 registered on TNT website to track my parcel and guess what apparently 11 mins later they apparently tried to deliver but according to them no one home so contacted the free phone number and was told will have to wait until next week for the birthday present for my son. Pure lies to avoid making a delivery no missed you card, nothing at all so now I have to drive 20 miles tonight to collect so I can take it with me tomorrow to my son. TNT and DPD both seem to give out spurious reasons why they have not delivered
the only ones who seem to try are the post office so I future if the company I would like buy from doesn’t use Royal Mail then they won’t get my business. Another days leave wasted for these 2nd rate delivery companies.

Absolute terrible firm to deal with

Absolute terrible firm to deal with, not focused on customer one bit, ignorant to speak to on the phone, not interested in doing anything to try to deliver packages, totally inflexible in many ways, I will never use this firm again, I will also stop using Amazon if the have such rubbish firms delivering for them. Please never use this company, they are a jobsworth lot, not worth dealing with.

received what looks like scam invoice…

received what looks like scam invoice import duties ,before report it to police thought contact them first,finally got through to someone who then just cut off before gave all details , very poor customer service so as cant speak to anyone just have to ignore invoice etc, they even had wrong phone number etc so obviously another scam from abroad , this one says china

Stay away from this company as far as…

Stay away from this company as far as you can. I have never encounter such incompetence in my entire life. Competitive fees may be very tempting, but it is really not worth it non-existent customer service. When you encounter problems with your shipping, there is no way to contact them, only through live chat facility on their website, where you will get generic replies and no one is interested to resolve the case for you. My parcel has been stuck at customs for over a week now and no one is interested to help me get it back, absolutely no communication with them. Word of advise, just stay away from this lot as far as you can, you will most definitely regret using their services.

BAD SERVICE, NOT RELIABLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL , TELLING LIES ALL THE TIME

I placed a order through Parcelhero for a oven to Aberdeen. the next day tnt came and collect but next day I received a mail from parcelhero ask me to rebook the collect due to not collect. I told them shipment had been collected. shipment arrived nexr day and the receiver wait but no one came and no delivery message left and their record showed that cant deliver due to office close. actually this is the residential address, how come office close?? and I ask them to check again with tnt and said it has been delivered but I received the delivery message note on my house regarding this return shipment which make me surprise, I called the centre and told her about it then she amended the redelivey address in Aberdeen and confirm it will ship out on that day. even parcelhero check and confirm. next day I call their customer service and said it may deliver on next day due to late arrival and it may arrive Aberdeen the following day. then the following day, the receiver call customer service and they said cant locate the shipment and contact me. I called parcelhero and put it as missing shipment, a few days later, I received a delivery message for this as return shipment. I call back and ask them to deliver back to Aberdeen as they confirm it before but they refuse and have to return back to me. if I need to send back to Aberdeen, I have to pay again. I made a complaint on this to parcelhero and they send it back to their tnt representative but cant help, useless, just said shipment cant send it back to Aberdeen and have to return back to sender. but they did not said it is the fault from their operation, always telling lies. even they commit to arrange shipment back to the receiver and confim from the agent, also record shows that shipment on the way to Aberdeen which they can change immediately without any notice.

if this is the fault made from me or receiver, it is right they return back to the sender but it is not, they have to take the responsibility to make it right but they don't, don't know whether the record information are truth or not as all their words are totally different and all telling lie, how can people can trust ??

DONT USE TNT ANYMORE , THEY ARE BIG COMPANY BUT TELLING LIES ALL THE TIME. NOT RELIABLE AND THEY DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR WORK

Very bad service

The Logo is the same but apparently TNT direct is not really TNT
So i'm posting this again on Direct

What a shower, lost my box, will only talk on web chat, got passed around at least 6 people who kept asking the same questions, on line for just over an hour.
Oh and now they say to much time has passed you cant claim
Where do all the missing boxes end up ???

Call DPD much better to deal with

Had a parcel weighing 38 kilos…

Had a parcel weighing 38 kilos delivered on time, the driver offered to help move and locate it into property with no fuss or issues. We found him very helpful and friendly, just the service you want. Excellent !

Useless, Frustrating, Clueless, Slow, Greedy, Unreliable!

I have never had so many problems with sending a parcel internationally. I have had to chase TNT, Customs and paid for a 2 day service, which is still in transit 3 weeks later!!! I was assigned an individual to handle my case, whom never called or emailed me - I personally don't think she exists! Customs TNT in Johannesburg tell me there is an admin fee of R437.00, however when they send through the invoice is shows R1,491.35 - How the hell does that work???? The gift cost this!! On top of that, this was a baby shower gift for Saturday which passed, a little too late - thanks TNT- perhaps the gift will arrive in time for the bigger clothes I got! Suprise ruined, TNT useless, TNT greedy, TNT unhelpful! No contact number to speak to a person, no email address - no response to any online enquiries... yes I sent about 4 and haven't had one response! What exactly do the people at your company do...other than waste our time? I don't know how your company are still going... you are shocking!

They think it's funny to take a day off…

They think it's funny to take a day off and wait all day for your "large" parcel to be collected. It might be, if the collector would actually show up. He didn't.
Costumers service said, they can't give me more information and offered to cancel the parcel with a refund in about 5 days... well ... yeah.

If you can, choose any other service. Even if it costs more.
They are really bad.

I am aware, that people come here mostly when they had bad experiences ... but for £66 postage, it should be OK to at least call, if you cant collect the parcel.

This is the most unethical company I…

This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. We signed up to TNT and have been sending international consignments for the past six months.
The last consignment didn't arrive and it transpires that TNT direct is actually parcels2go or some such thing!
TNT Direct washed their hands of everything as we are not their customer yet nowhere on the TNT site does it say we will be using and paying an alternative company. There are no phone numbers to try and find missing freight. I am now contacting trading standards as this is very untransparent trading.

Awful service

Awful service. Booked and paid for collection next day. It was a large heavy item (i disclosed this). Guy came to collect, took one look and said it was too heavy for his van and left.
7 days later, I'm still waiting for it to be collected. No phone call or e-mail updates!
Impossible to get hold of anyone as it's all done online but will be raising a complaint.

just contacted them again about another…

just contacted them again about another not delivered shipment , spent an hour on their "help chat" with no result. The 'help chat' agents do not seem to have any use, each time I had to contact them, they just kick the ball down the line, total waste of time. For the time sensitive service they are selling, totally unreliable.

REALLY AWFUL SERVICE
trying to send a parcel to China. printed all the labels required and attached them to my parcel, but then I checked the website saying that there was something wrong with my documents.
NOBODY contacted me via e-mail or telephone after this until I checked it by myself. Now they cannot find my parcel and it takes ages for them to respond. They don't even have a service phone number. Really rubbish. Still, I haven't got my parcel.
