Cant get any worse or can they

Cant get any worse or can they I ordered a gearbox which was not collected until 2 days after it was supposed to be then the company arranged for a collection of the old box I waited in all day after booking the time of work no one turned up so I contacted TNT to find the driver had maintained he had collected at 10.10am yet I sat there looking at it. got told I have to re book a collection what a load of Rubbish

TNT tried to deliver when I was out had…

TNT tried to deliver when I was out had tried to change delivery date but the app isn’t easy to navigate.
When I got home FedEx card was left. Couldn’t find my parcel through them so look at tnt after messing around for ages managed to book a re delivery for today now Just waited in all day to see my parcel hasn’t left the depot. Helpful.
FedEx and TNT join forces and are both rated at one star. Will not be using these companies nor order from anyone that does.
Now on the tracking it’s saying I’ve rearranged delivery as I’m on holiday.
I took the day off to wait in, why would I change the date I set up.

TNT DRIVER

This is the worst experience i have ever had i am shocked the i order my fast track passport as i realised my passport was expired however this was too late as i booked the flight i was supposed to have my flight today so i was waiting for my passport the driver took a picture at the end of the road and never even knocked on my door and cancelled the order causing me to not get a refund to my flight tnt is the most unreliable place to order with

dreadful service items not delivered…
dreadful service items not delivered after 3 weeks. live chat is so so bad. this is the most disgusting service and now I see its parcels 2 go who run the site.

I cannot take much more and after many requests I just get arrogant rude staff on live chat who do not help. it appears a court claim for the cost of the goods plus shipping costs needs to be submitted.. this is the only chance parcels2go will wake up and respond. hang your heads in shame at your service.

I could have walked to France and delivered it myself...

Utterly rubbish. There is no way to speak to anybody, even when you use the online chat it takes somebody about 30 minutes to get back to you after each question. Paid extra for express delivery for a car charger so my family could get back home to England. Spoke to them for an update and they said they could send the parcel back to the UK as nobody would be there for the delivery. 3 days later than my family arrived back in the UK, the car charger is now in France. I've been told that I cannot get a refund as there was no guaranteed delivery date, does "Delivery no later than: 20th April 2022" mean nothing? Never using again

Cannot recommend unless TNT sort out our delivery

Estimated delivery date: 28/02/2022

Our parcel should have been delivered by 28 February and hasn't been. The contents are time-sensitive and we were told that delivery by 28th was guaranteed. Hoping that TNT will expedite this, but judging by the other reviews this seems unlikely.

They take your money, lose your parcel and don't refund...

I sent a parcel to my family in Brazil for Christmas, the parcel arrived in Brazil but instead of being delivered it was tracked to USA and then back to Brazil. 2 months later and they can't find my parcel and won't refund the shipping of my claim for the parcel which I paid more to insure!
Communicating with an actual person is next to impossible with this company.
The worst shipping experience I have ever had, even worse than Hermes in UK!!

If I could give 0 stars I would AVOID

Awful you book with them then when you have a issue and need to speak to someone there’s no customer service team or number, the online chat is always broken and never works. Then you try to ask TNT and they just direct you back to tnt direct but there’s no customer service agents to help. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Useless.

So difficult to get into contact with anyone. The robot on the phone is useless. The advisors on chat are unhelpful. The delivery drivers keep going to the wrong address.

Edit: I almost feel bad for writing this review. ALMOST! I finally managed to get through to someone after 8 failed attempts speaking to the incompetent robot, but just wanted to say that this individual was incredibly helpful and friendly- I wish I could remember her name.

Cautious, yet satisfied

International shipment was very easy to arrange, and although the consignment arrived slightly later than expected, the status updated regularly and took into account delays, so I always knew what was happening.

TNT (not TNT Direct as they have no contact number or email) were extremely quick at answering the phone and very helpful.

Having no contact details besides online chat always makes me nervous, but my shipment arrived and recipient was satisfied.

Don't use TNT Direct which is actually parcels2go!

This company is a joke. I used them for 3 international deliveries at the end of last year because of their lower prices and 2 of them went haywire. Tracking stopped after the collection scan and they never arrived with my recipients. One of them returned to me damaged but they had absolutely no clue that it even happened, and the other one it seems like it got lost in transit and they have no clue where it is. So I had the non-pleasure of having to deal with them via their impossible-to-find live chat, as well as their rigid and stupid claiming rules. They have this obsession with the claimant having to provide an email from the recipient saying that they never got the parcel. And they won't accept their own tracking for where the parcel is and whether it arrived at destination, despite being a courier company and keeping track of parcels should be what they do. A complete joke and I can't recommend them any less.

Avoid this delivery company

Avoid this delivery company like the plague. Took 8 weeks to deliver a small parcel from the UK to the Canary Islands. It should have taken about a week. Then wanted a “Customs” fee, even though the low value items were less in value than the customs threshold. Refused to give me the customs contact. You can draw your own conclusions about this. Wanted a further fee to return the parcel to me. Have ignored my Web Chats and numerous emails. This Company is unreliable and unhelpful. Do not use.

Negative stars if possible

I cannot believe what a joke for a currier company that is!!
I needed to send ONE document, ONE piece of paper urgently to Greece. Their website is pretty hard to use, but this is the least of the problem.
Noone came to collect the day it was scheduled. That was the 07/12/2021. I'm working 11 hours shifts, so I have scheduled it to be collected from my job. Yeah, I wish.
I was taking the envelope back and forth every day for a week.
I tried to contact them through the phone. I spoke with three different people who told me three different things: The first that they had rearranged collection themselves for the following day (of course noone came to collect). The second that I could do it myself. And when i realised that I wasn't able to, the last person I spoke to told me rudlely that there was nothing they could do.
I tried with the live chat in their site. This rude woman called Laura had me there for ONE HOUR, possibly serving others. And then, fully annoyed by my persostance to get served, she rearranged collection for the following day. Of course noone came to collect.
Today, 21/12/21, I still have the document in my hands. I tried to get a refund, but this is not possible as...THE PARCEL SEEMS TO BE COLLECTED!!!!!
LIERS!!! USELESS AND LIERS!!!!
I wanted to go to the depot myself but it seems that the one in Liverpool has permanently closed.
I know I will lose my money.
But this company has to close. It's an absolute disgrace for all the currier companies!!!!

WORST COURIER SERVICE!!!

WORST COURIER SERVICE!!!! I would rate them a minus if i could!

My passport was scheduled for delivery on the 5th November 2021! It has been over 5 weeks and I am still yet to receive this IMPORTANT DOCUMENT! The online tracking system is ridiculously unhelpful and constantly states that the passport is at the 'delivery station'! I have rescheduled the delivery on numerous occasions only to sit and wait everyday for nothing to arrive! without any notification that it is out for delivery. ARE YOU EVEN GOING TO DELIVER THIS ?! I have complained twice but have not received a response which on the website it states "48 hours" response time. I have tried calling only to be stuck with a virtual assistant who can only offer a redelivery service which is completely absurd! My old passport was sent a couple days after and i received it back within 2 weeks!

The incompetent drivers hired to deliver this service are extremely lazy and lack common sense. at one point during checking my tracking, they uploaded a picture of the gate and noted "not home" when i clearly was! if you had used your common sense to dial the number of the flat rather than taking a picture and actually doing your job properly maybe people would have less to complain about!

For a company that delivers important documents to people clearly do not value its customers. As a company you should be able to adapt to demands and deliver by the promised date REGARDLESS! I can only advise you sack these brainless drivers and replace them with people who can actually follow instructional orders and read delivery addresses.

AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY!
