After HMPO issues me and passport fast tracked by emergency on compassionate conditions and sending proof for an address change. I was told the passport would be with me in 1 working day. In actual fact after the HMPO sent the passport it took 20 days for them (TNT) to deliver the passport and when they did, they delivered it to the wrong address as they've not updated the system when hmpo told them of my address change. This left me another 3 days without the passport in my hand and money down as I have to arrange special delivery on a weekend.
Every single day tnt messaged me to say that my passport was out for delivery that day, I would wait in ALL DAY, EVERY DAY only for the passport never to arrived then late in the evening they would change me expected deliver date to the following working day. like I say this went on for weeks!!! I tried endlessly to contact tnt/fedex by phone, email, post and even tried to contact the head office and CEO. I was contacted by BBC Watchdog and BBC NEWS and soon as I contacted hmpo again to day I was about to share my thought and story with the media. Suddenly my passport arrive the next morning even though it was at the wrong address.
Please don't book any flights or holidays until you have the passport in your hand as we lost 2 flights and has to book two more leaving us £1000 out of pocket due to rule changes wity covid and added Oct tests ect. If I had the passport back on time I wouldnt have had to pay extra for new flight and tests aswell as travel to and from the airport.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, unhelpful and totally unreliable.
I used them by mistake getting them confused with TNT and have had nothing but trouble. It’s taken them 2 months to find my parcel which was supposed to be on a next day delivery and the only way I could get it back after receiving an email threatening to destroy it was to pay another £7 on top of the original fee. I also had to replace what was in the parcel, so it has been a very expensive and stressful exercise considering my parcel supposedly will be ending back at its original destination, although I still haven’t got it. It’s impossible to speak to anyone and live chat just tell you what you want to hear. Absolutely shocking company with by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They don’t deserve the one star that I had to give.
It's a trap. AVOID
Worst company there is. Don't pick up scheduled collection, waste your time, no communication of drivers unable to collect. On top of that, they ask you to re-print all paper work and remove labels for the prepared parcel that was not collected of their own fault. Doesn't look like this company cares about the environment, considering the situation these days. Admit they make mistake, yet offer £5 compensation only if you hold an account with them. The whole experience was disgusting. Customer serviced awful, rude and disrespectful.

They are Parcel2Go under TNT Direct and horrible services.
I have used their service and they add me as a buissnes to buissnes, plus, they upestimate my parcel and they added themselves as a Senders saying that they are the senders not me. Horrible. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL, I HAVE TO PAY DOYBLE VAT NOW , PARCEL WAS MAXIMUM £200 AS VALUE AND BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE I NEED TO PAY IN SPAIN MORE 100 EUROS FOR VAT FOR SOME PRIMARK, PONDLAND, TK MAXX AND OTHER ALREADY USED CLOTHES SEND AS A GIFT. PLUS, THE PARCEL WAS HOLDED FOR 3-4 WEEKS IN SPAIN BECASUE THEY DID DECLAIRED THEMSELVES THE SENDERS AND PAPERWORK WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY AND THEY DID NOT CARED. EVEN IF YOU PAY MORE, DO NOT SEND WITH THEM.
Poorest delivery I have ever experienced
I received a package via TNT, it should have been with me in under 3 days, it took close to 3 weeks.
Actually, contacting the company is difficult as the email address is hidden under a dozen links.
The tracking service is a joke, for most of the period I was waiting the parcel was described as 'out for delivery'. Each time I was told it was arriving that day, and each time I had to sit at home waiting, only for it not to arrive.
It ended up arriving on the 3rd attempt. The first tracking number I was given simply ended up saying cancelled. I wasn’t informed of this and the site advises you dont contact them, they will allegedly contact you. Apparently they lost this first parcel.
Attempt number 2 also ended up not arriving. After further contact I was given a new tracking number and another 2–3-day estimate. It still managed to take another week for attempt 3 to arrive.
TNT never contacted me once, I learnt about the lost parcel via the company I ordered with. Twice within the 3 weeks I was waiting there was issues at national-level depots. I was also not informed of these by TNT.
All in all, I will not check which courier companies are using and actively avoid buying products if TNT are involved. I had thought TNT were known for being somewhat more reliable but even Hermes and other known cheap couriers massively outperform my TNT experience.

My Parcel has been missing for over a month and none of their agents have an idea where or what is happening to my parcel. Worst delivery service ever and should be shut down by the regulatory body in the UK.

To be honest I agree with other people that this company should shut down. It seems there is one person working there doing the same thing. I have had three parcels collected and disappearing and spending hours on their chat and sending images of parcels. Then they send message saying GOOD NEWS your parcel has been found and on your way back to you!! What is the GOOD NEWS there. I have clients in Zimbabwe waiting for their goods. I paid for the parcel to go to Zimbabwe now you are bringing it back from a town in Italy back to me. I think they are taking something. I claim my money and no one wants to help. I had to claim through my bank as I paid by card. You can’t phone them.

Arranged parcel collection/delivery via TNT Direct for delivery to receiver - Parcel arrived damaged.
TNT Direct have ignored 10+ emails, phoned 5 times now and they just gave me another email address to contact.
Now they are telling me I need to contact Parcel2Go who actually were the courier. None of this is shown in my paperwork.
Parcel2Go are an online only company and don’t recognise my TNT references when tryin to make claim.
I’m Going round and round in circles which is so frustrating.

Post office is far much better than this stupid company. I will strongly advise people to not to use FedEx either. They are running the show from the background. Disaster! I spent my whole Saturday at home doing nothing just because of this TNT.

The company fails to refund fee after failure of delivery and failure of proof of collection. They ask client after over a whole month to prove collection whilst the claim on TNT is that they cannot prove collection nor delivery.
NO SHOW - POSTCODE WRONG
I have not had running water for 7 days, replacement pump arrived within 24 hours, hoses required to connect the pump were expected yesterday but the driver didn't deliver because, "the post code wasn't valid" but today's driver did deliver to my postcode. Unfortunately the slot I had booked for the specialist installer was missed and I'm now without running water for a further nine days. Thanks for F A you lazy incompentent outfit, especially your useless driver, he should be sacked but, as the saying goes, some people are just sackless!

What an absolute disgrace this company is.
I sent a very important parcel to Spain, it never arrived. After hours trying to phone I was eventually told my parcel was on its way back to the UK! No phone calls, no emails & no parcel. After more than two weeks I still have had no contact or my goods returned.
Completely shambolic
Completely shambolic. This company should be bankrupt - they claimed they attempted a delivery, which was a total lie as I was home waiting all day. The COVID-19 test that I paid extra for in order to test out of quarantine early was more than 2 days late, making it virtually pointless.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service they are doing the delivery for another firm I've ordered from and I'm totally sick of waiting apparently they sent my package to the wrong area I live in Cirencester and its the only place in this entire country with that name also on there Web site it's been showing collecting for 8 days now it also keeps coming up with we don't find any matches for shipment number I've got things from abroad faster steer we'll clear of this cowboy outfit
Utterly Abysmal
I will never use this company or Fedex again. Advertised 2-day delivery from UK to Spain and it ended up taking over 3 weeks. At several points the parcel spent days just sitting in a warehouse going nowhere. It spent 8 days waiting for 'customs clearance', but when I contacted them and complained the parcel magically cleared 'customs' a couple of hours later. Looking at the other reviews it seems I should be thankful that my parcel actually arrived in one piece.
This is a disgraceful and shambolic company.
SCAM
TNT Direct took my money and did not collect the parcel. They do not respond to more than 25 emails. As far as I can ascertain they do this just to collect money from mugs like me. DO NOT TRUST TNT Direct, it will cost you money.
Abysmal
Abysmal. This circus show will never be used by me again. Waited nearly a week with no driver collecting the parcel; and each chat with customer support was a wasted effort to rebook the missed collection for the next day without any seeming end. Speaking of support (or lack thereof) they can only communicate by chat and are completely useless;
- they can't contact the depot to see what happened with failed collection
- they can't contact the driver.
- they can't provide assurances that the driver will come on the re-booked collection date
- they can't escalate to a supervisor and require 48hours or longer to investigate the reason for the failed pickups (lies, they never get back to you).
It's a shambles. I'll never use them again even if my life depended on it.
