Not enough stock meant huge delivery charges
There wasn't enough stock of certain key items, for weeks, so I had to make 4 different orders. This meant paying nearly £20 in delivery charges, at £4.99 a time, when I only live down the road! It would be great if there was a free collection option, or an ability to hold items in reserve so that they can all be sent together when they're all ready.
