I purchased an office program for $139. It was never delived nor a note explained why it wasn't. I called and talked to a person that could not understand simple English or wanted me to think he wasn't able to understand. I am completely dissatisfied with your service and would prefer to have my payment returned or have the program delivered post haste. There is no way I would trust these thieves again.

The need that I purchased Windows 11 I was unable to download the program due to slow processor on my computer your team offered help but I have deleted that contribution until I get my laptop back from service approximately two weeks I did not give you a higher standard simply because I haven't really used the service yet
