Would highly recommend...
I used Direct Door Handles for the first time recently as they had a particular handle that I was trying to source for a project.
After the order was placed, I had a call from Paul who explained that he was working on the order to get it from the manufacturer, directly to us, as quickly as possible.
The order arrived promptly, allowing us to progress with the work.
One of the handle latches had an issue when installed, however after speaking to Direct Door Handles about the problem, they quickly resolved this and had another latch posted to us quickly.
Given that this all occurred in the final working week before Christmas, I am very pleased with the service and really appreciate all their help with the order.
Would highly recommend to others!

They ship quickly and pay careful attention to the details of each order so that their customers have the best possible buying experience. We have now replaced all the interior door handles in our new home using hardware and tools supplied by Direct Door Handles and are very happy with the result.
