Edit: so I contacted them and provided both screen shots they only sent one at first but then sent each voucher 1 at a time.... and got the 2nd one. Code supplied for windows 11 wouldn’t work on my laptop.i explained the problem via groupon and got a brief reply saying that the code had been supplied and no refund would be given. I expected a tittle technical support but none was offered. The code would still be saleable as it was not successfully applied. After my review they offer help but it is too late.

We clearly explained that if the key truly does not work, you only need to provide a screenshot of the activation error so we can immediately investigate and replace or refund if needed. Without any such evidence, we are unable to confirm a problem.
Please understand that making inaccurate claims can be misleading to other customers. We always support our customers and resolve any legitimate issues quickly—as long as we are given a chance to verify them.
