Ordered brushes over a week ago, had no contact from them whatsoever.
Doesn’t say anything about the delivery taking a long time and I’ve heard nothing.
When I try to send an email to the info email provided it says the email does not exist.

We’re sorry you felt you hadn’t received any communication — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
Your order was placed on 19th January and we emailed you the following day (20th) to explain there was a short stock delay, with an expected delivery date of Monday 26th. In that email we also offered the option of a refund if you needed to source the items sooner.
We can confirm our info email has been working as normal. We received your contact form message on Sunday and saw you'd tried to call (unfortunately we're shut Sunday). We followed up again first thing Monday morning. The stock arrived as expected on the 26th and your order was dispatched and delivered the the next day.
We apologise for any frustration caused and always do our best to keep customers informed if there are any delays.
