Arrived quickly, price was good too.
I bought these for home use and these are good scissors for my purpose. Several aspects of the construction (especially the adjustment mechanism to tighten the scissors) suggest a very decent level of quality. These are nicer scissors than I have used to date.

Poor product
Ordered some shampoo and conditioner from DHS. Really disappointed with the product. It was a fudge shampoo and conditioner which I’d ordered as a gift. I’ve had lots of fudge products and these looked like knock off copies or old out of date stock. I contacted the company for a comment and they didn’t even reply

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered left-handed hairdressing scissors and was told I would need to wait up to three weeks, which I was happy to do. After almost a month of waiting, I received an email saying their supplier had just informed them that the scissors weren’t available after all. They offered me a different size or a different model, but I specifically needed left-handed scissors in the size I ordered. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but the whole process felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would not order from this company again.

As you mentioned the product was on a lead time of approximately 3 weeks. After checking with the supplier they unfortunately informed us they were still waiting for their stock to arrive from the manufacturer.
They had the 5.75" model in stock which we offered instead of the 5.25" or if you would rather wait/be refunded for the original scissor you ordered. You decided to have a refund which was processed within 24 hours.
We apologise you felt it was unprofessional/frustrating.

Cheap and tacky quality - DO NOT BUY
I purchased a vanity case for over £70, expecting a high-quality product, but what I received was flimsy, scratched, and cheaply made. The item looked beautiful in the pictures, but in reality, it was far from it.
To make matters worse, I later found the exact same vanity case being sold on eBay for just £30. When I contacted the seller about this, they asked for the link—but after I sent it, they simply stopped responding. No return label was provided, and their website states that they deduct 15% of the item's value for returns, which is completely unreasonable.
Terrible quality, overpriced, and awful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs!

These cases are a relatively new line within our offering and we have sold a number of them with no complaints. The cases are fully checked over before sending to make sure there are no imperfections.
The link to the alternative case from eBay you sent was nothing like the case ordered from us or likely not to be of the same quality hence a cheaper price.
We didn't stop replying to your emails and nowhere did we say we would charge the 15% restocking fee, but to return it for a full refund.
We also conveyed all this information on the claim you started with your payment provider including the email conversations who also sided with us.
We're sorry you weren't happy with your purchase but we only sell products that are of a high standard, fairly priced and try to offer the best outcome to any issue that may arrise

Took ages to get a despatch email notification, but each time I emailed they did email back pretty quickly and apologised for the delay. I did receive the product but not the free gift (comb) that was advertised and in my basket

I was excited to order my scissors and for the price I paid I would of expected the scissors to come in a nice presentation box or at least wrapped in something but they came in a hard leather case which isn't something I would use and the scissors were just shoved inside the pouch which upset me a little jaguar scissors are great and the scissors themselves are great bit the presentation lacks that wow factor
