Overall very happy with the service only issue is with the text message service. Twice I was told I would receive a text with information but they never got sent so some information was received later than it should be.

I echo what others have said. Total lack of communication, spent time constantly chasing and when answers did come back they were ambiguous or unhelpful. I felt I was constantly being an irritation. I finally completed this week but have now been left with a boundary dispute that should have been flagged up. My experience was stressful and scary. I’ll reiterate, communication is key - if you don’t know the answer or can’t be bothered to provide it this may not be the job for you.

I have just completed today after a bad experience with another solicitor. Jaswinder handled my case and he was fantastic! Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date. What I was mostly impressed with, was when ringing Jaswinder, he would pick up in a matter of seconds and always return calls immediately. I would recommend Direction Law to anyone. Thank you!

I am at the top of a chain. I cannot exchange because Direction Law who representthe buyer at the bottom of the chain have not responded to requests from lawyers and estate agents and their client to proceed to exchange. In addition they made amazingly fundamental mistakes in obtaining the documentation

I am contemplating making a formal complaint to the law society about their conduct. To potential and existing clients, caveat emptor

My experience has been dreadful. The assumption is that the client buys and sells properties all the time, there is no explanation on terminology or process. Plus phone line always unavailable and no real understanding of how stressful the situation can become. Silly typos create different completion dates causing a whole array of stress and no apology or accountability.

I am dreading the next two until completion and know I will be completely clueless to how completion day even goes.

Georgia Cushion supported me with my quote and was extremely helpful- nothing was too much effort and she also supported me in identifying hidden costs in other quotes I had received- which she didn’t need to do. She took time and care going through everything with me.
