I've ordered motorised roller blinds twice now from DirectOrderBlinds for different bi-fold doors. I was so satisfied with the first order i had no hesitation in ordering again some months later...and i was not disappointed. The first order was 3 motorised blinds in one cassette, and the second 2 motorised blinds in a single cassette. It's not easy to calculate the individual blind dimensions so that they align accurately over each bi-fold glass panel as well as fitting overall into the alcove.... but Directorderblinds, especially Cheryl, helped me enormously through the process in calculating and checking the dimensions for best fit. Result both times was a perfect fit. Couldn't be more satisfied with both the product and the service and support!

I had seen perfect fit blinds installed at my daughters house. I was impressed by the neat and tidy design and set about finding a suitable choice for my home bay windows. My initial action was to contact a national supplier,who arranged a home visit. I became disappointed to be told my double-glazed units were insufficient depth to accept their product. However, after searching the internet, I found that Direct Order Blinds could supply my requirement. I ordered a frame sample and retaining clip to give confidence. This enabled me to check clearance around the opening window handles. By using a spacer, I could go ahead and order the blinds reassured that they would fit. The Direct Order Blind info and videos enabled me to feel confident that the process of assembly and fitting would be relatively quick and straightforward. I was given a delivery date timescale and the company achieved the time quoted. Parts arrived carefully packed and labelled with guide instructions. All that was needed was a flat table surface to spread things out, and before long, each frame was assembled ready to install. I was pleased with the quality and finish of the components used. Attention to detail with accuracy of ensuring clean burr-free cuts of the aluminium frame, made for simple fitting the parts. Once installed, the blinds allow more daylight through when compared to the the net curtains they have replaced.

We have now completed the installation of two orders for a few perfect fit venetian blinds within our property. Webpage is easy to navigate and all instructions are clear and more than enough for anyone.

I also contacted the company to raise a several queries and the responses were quick and professional.

The orders arrived within the specified dates, well protected and clearly labelled. Quality of products was superb and easy to fit.

I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend their services to anyone.

We ordered 6 easy fit shutters online. They arrived today in really protective packaging. They all fitted perfectly and have really added to our kitchen and utility refurbishment project. Cheryl and the team at Direct Order Blinds did everything they could to ensure we got a quality bespoke product. Will certainly use them again and would say, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

We bought 2 perfect fit blinds, 1 normal blind and 1 perfect fit shutter. They are made to measure and perfect. Will be ordering some more shutters.

My wife and I are so pleased with our perfect fit shutters, it now makes are old victorian house complete. So pleased with Cheryl, who got her team to make two of the shutters ( out of six ) bigger than they would normally (750mm)

But it looks so much better than having the three shutters on one window it would have been. They fit perfectly. Helps when you measure them right. They are strong and hopefully last the test of time. Just go through every measurement twice.

Shutter does not fully open!! Gave correct measurements, emailed the company, they advised to stuff all sorts, to support the brackets, to lift the shutter, this did not work, I was told they are made to measure so could not return them. Spent over £120 on shutter that does not fit. After an exchange of emails I obviously was angry at this point, throwing my money in the bin, I was told I was aggressive and have a attitude. They said I gave wrong measurements and there is 1mm difference!!!!!!!!! This 1mm makes no difference, after stuffing cardboard to make up 1mm!!!! but its a easy way to fob off and blame the customer! AVOID!

Just received my perfect fit shutters for my French doors. Absolutely stunning 🤩 over the moon with them . Everything from ordering to delivery first class . Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Thank you 🙏

I hesitated to get Venetian blinds, but really wanted to be rid of the vertical blinds which looked like a dental office.
Direct Blinds Online was very easy, and it is in Britain so I wasn’t ordering from China. They sent samples quickly. The most difficult part was measuring the windows. The blinds arrived within a week. Customer Service was helpful when I needed different size brackets. The new ones came next day. They were white, and the frames were grey. Customer Service again helpful and super fast sending the correct colour. Michelle, in customer service has been top notch! Many thanks

Needed some brackets for my shutters. I had accidentally ordered 2, whereas I needed 4. I had noticed too late and to avoid having pay the delivery charge again, I emailed the customer service team who emailed me back first thing Monday morning that they had changed the order from 2 to 4, free of charge. The brackets were only 80p each, but nevertheless, a small gesture can go a long way. Thank you! Delivery was very prompt too as it arrived within 2 days.

Our blinds turned up this morning, really impressed with how easy they are to get on, just taken me 2 minutes on my own to attach, and they look really smart!
I was a bit worried about the measurements and me getting them wrong, but I needn’t, I ensured the glass measurements were correct and where the attachments click to the blinds frame, you have a few millimetres of wiggle room.
I bought these as a tester for the rest of the house, will definitely be buying more

The customer service was superb, they kept me informed every step of the way and the plantation shutter blinds have transformed our dining room. easy to fit and look fantastic

I came across this little gem of a business on instagram whilst getting inspo for a room I am currently redecorating. I had a window which was smaller than the minimum drop on the website, so wasn’t sure initially if I could have what I wanted. I spoke with Ellie who was extremely helpful and liaised with the team to ensure I could get a blind made smaller than then norm. I found the instructions for measuring easy to follow when ordering the blinds.

From placing the order to taking delivery I was kept up to date with the order.

I received my order last week but only fitted them today. I am over the moon. The quality is fantastic and the price extremely reasonable. I shall be placing an order for the remainder of windows in my property.
