Ordered a small shutter for the downstairs cloakroom. It’s perfect. Easy instructions for measuring and fitting. Much easier to keep clean compared to a venetian blind. It looks great and I will be ordering more! Thank you.

I made a hash of my orders but Michelle went the extra mile to help me get the perfect fit Venetian blind I wanted. Once it arrived it was easy to fit and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Excellent product and excellent customer service from Michelle. Thanks again.

Fabulous perfect fit shutters, ordered 14 for our conservatory and they look amazing.we paid the extra for themselves to deliver and was so worth it.Very easy to fit.

I just love the perfect fit venetians. I needed something for privacy in my bathroom but I didn't want to cover the whole window and restrict the day light.
Each time I've ordered from Direct Order Blinds, the delivery has been quick, the quality is amazing, they fit perfectly and my favourite part is installing them myself. Its so easy and you don't have to wait for somebody to arrive with a drill...... I like everything doing yesterday 😊
There's also no lasting damage to windows or walls. 100% recommend

I could not be happier with our new shutter blinds. I have wanted shutters for our cottage for years but they’ve always been at the bottom of our priorities list as it was deemed a bit of a luxury. Then I stumbled across these blind shutters and WOW! The service was amazing, fantastic communication and the shutters have exceeded all of my high expectations! It’s transformed our lounge. I am so pleased with my new blinds. I ordered 2 perfect fit Venetian blinds for my French doors and 2 more to fit my kitchen window. It took me less than an hour to put together and fit all 4 and they look amazing! My only regret is that I didn’t buy them sooner. We’re moving house soon and will definitely be ordering more from Direct Order Blinds for our new place.

When I ordered my blinds I received an email from Cheryl due to my dimensions and specifics my order was not possible. I spoke to Cheryl on the telephone who provided me with alternative potions and gave me time to decide or receive a refund. There was no hard sale or pressure at all. I agreed and decided on a different option, delivery took a few weeks and I have just received my shutters. They look absolute stunning. I could not recommend a better company. The level of customer service alone makes this company great however the product speaks for itself. I am placing an order for the rest of my kitchen windows now I know they fit perfectly and the quality is 100%.

Where do I even begin, my experience with Direct Order Blinds has been excellent - from the delivery, constant support via WhatsApp, to the quick and easy assemble process for all my blinds! I purchased 3 INTU blinds (2 for my living room and 1 for my bedroom in Polar white). I wanted an elegant modern look for my 1st property and Direct Order Blinds definitely matched this criteria - compliments my apartment so well. I definitely recommend this company anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

The order hasn't actually arrived yet, I rang up asking why the blinds are delayed, I was expecting them by the 4th Sept 2023. No reason was given for the delay, except sorry and told they would be with me, by the 15th Sept. No delivery date was given, but informed that I must be in to take the delivery. The payment was taken in full around the 10th of August, but I have no product to review, hence the one-star for the unreasonable delay, would give 0 stars if i could at this moment in time.

Absolutely love my new blind. The quality is amazing and it was so easy to install; even for a non DIYer like me!
