I brought this for a friend but when…
I brought this for a friend but when she saw it she did not want it, as a seriously disabled wheelchair user I could see that the Vax Spotwash was not able to be used by someone whom is sitting in a wheelchair, with my additional injuries using the Vax Spotwash really is useless and I emparted that information to Direct Vaccums for returning the item so vax could sell it on to anohter person whom could actually use the item.
Unfortunately Direct Vaccums seemingly did not care about upholding their 14 day returns gaurantee, it seemed as if Direct Vaccums did not want the item back, eventhough the items packaging had not been touched and I had made my needs and feelings regarding the item clear to Direct Vaccums.
