Fantastic company to deal with very efficient and good quality products. Staff friendly and very supportive. Highly recommended.

We have been dealing with the New Build Customer Care team trying to get them back to an issue with our new build Bi Fold doors. We reported the issue in May and despite calls, emails and two engineer visits we are no further forward 3 months later. Latest update is the engineer is now off sick, not a great experience at all.

From first walking in their Blackpool show room to finally signing off on the finished front door completely satisfied with the professional, efficient and polite service I received top marks to the sales team and the fitter making me feel like I was a valued customer unlike so many businesses who don't seem to care whether you used them or not can recommend them on all points including excellent products at reasonable prices and great service throughout thankyou Direct Window Company, Blackpool

I had 6 new windows fitted to my bungallow in Lytham St Annes in July 2025 job reference number 70321. I can say without hestation that the experience from my first getting in touch with Direct Windows to completion was first class. The fitters James and Lee where both polite, professional and friendly and left my property as clean and tidy as when they arrived.

No pressure when visiting showroom, from getting quote, to fitter Liam who was a great guy, clean hardworking, very polite. Everything was easy from start to fimish & we are really pleased with our windows & doors. 70215

I recently had Windows and Door replaced by Direct Window Co. Contract 70310. The whole experience from the advice from Martin and fitting by Ian was superb. The quality of the products I believe to be the best available on the the market today

Communication and professionalism following my initial enquiry from everyone involved to the satisfactory completion of installation of a window and door was faultless. The back door makes it so much easier to access a ramp for wheelchair access. Fitter Rhys was friendly, punctual, helpful and tidy. The company was recommended by a neighbour and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Ordered my window, came and measured up and was fitted two weeks later at the time specified. Lee came on time and did a great job.

Great job by James & Al, left them to fit 10 windows and a door whilst I was at work, left everything tidy and the windows are perfect. Very easy process from start to finish.

Excellent service from the sales team explaining options. Placing order and timescale for installation. Fitters were great and tidied up. Explained the use of the windows.

Used Direct windows for the first time and was highly delighted with the results. Had two windows and two doors fitted and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We did not have to wait long for them to be made so we're really pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend Direct windows to anyone.

We are very pleased with our dealings with Direct Windows, from our visit to the showroom in Preston to the actual fitting of the door. The fitter, Lee, was very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable and efficient.

Liam and Jordan our fitters made the experience of having our windows, porch and doors fitted so very easy. They were courteous, on time, friendly and very tidy. They are both a credit to Direct Windows.

We had a new replacement large bay window with french doors and new roof over installed (contract 70074). The whole experience of the install from start to finish has been excellent and a very reasonable price. We are really happy. The whole team were friendly, professional and highly skilled and a pleasure to have them complete the work. We really felt like they cared about their work and wanted to do the best for us as a customer. Liam & Jordan did a fantasic job installing the windows and french doors. John with his mate Matt really did an excellent job with the new roof. I cannot praise John enough as he really cared about the quality of the job and wanted to get the best result for us. Lee did a fantastic job with the internal plastering and rendering of the outside wall, again he really cared about the quality of the finish. Excellent communication from Sharon in the office also. Well Done to all of the team at Direct Windows!! 👍😁

Direct Windows have provided us with great support again recently when we had a door closure problem. Georgia in customer services set up an early appointment and technician Lee came along and sorted out the problem for us. Lee also agreed to make a return visit with parts, for maintenance of a couple of window closures. First class, thank you both.
