My experience is exactly the same as all the other reviews. Bought and paid for cricket bag and spikes on 6 Dec for next day delivery. As at 16 Dec nothing has arrived, no response to calls, emails or chat. Over £140 spent and nothing received. This is a fraud. Do not use. Reporting to trading standards.

If only I’d read the reviews before ordering, my experience is identical to the previous reviews.

I ordered a pair of cricket spikes for a Christmas present and waited for the tracked next day delivery to arrive.

After loosing count of the calls and mails sent asking for a delivery date (no reply to either mail or calls), the shoes eventually arrived two weeks later.

Custmer service shocking, please avoid.

This should be a minus 5 rating!!!They are nothing but thieves, placed an order for Christmas got an e mail back stating when the order was dispatched they would send a tracking e mail, then nothing!!!!
Tried ringing them about 20 times over three days- no reply,mail box full or goes to engaged signal.
E mailed them, guess what -no reply, messaged them, no reply, got onto live chat, no surprises,no live chat.
I have contacted my bank and trading standards and urge anyone else to do the same thing if they have had dealings with this company to put a stop to their scam.

Do not use this company - I have tried to contact them regarding my purchase and have had radio silence.

I do not understand why this company is still allowed to operate judging by the previous bad reviews.

I believe that the reviewer who mentioned the online chat is a plant and untrustworthy since I tried the online chat and it was not working.

I have contacted trading standards regarding this.

These guys make Sports Direct look good.
"Next day tracked delivery" they claim. Even took the money just forgot to send the goods. Nobody answers the phone and nobody answers emails. After two weeks I asked for a refund but had to go through credit card company.
I have reported them to trading standards but please avoid using them. Ignorant money grabbers like this shouldn't be given your custom.

I am very sorry for 'K' who didn't receive his cricket bag in time for his birthday. We also ordered a cricket bag on 13 November and were then concerned having seen the reviews that our order would fail particularly as attempts to chase it up also ran into the unanswered phone problem. And the 'tracking number' seemed not to exist. Rather to our surprise therefore, we did raise a real person on the 'on-line chat facility. He/she found the order, confirmed it was on its way and give an amended tracking number for Hermes. The item arrived today. It would appear we were lucky but anyone still waiting might like to try the on-line chat facility.

What a poor company. I ordered a cricket shirt in July and am still waiting for it to be delivered despite numerous phone calls that are often full of broken promises.
They took the order and the money but have failed on all fronts to deliver the goods. My next step is to contact trading standards if delivery does not happen this week. Advise not to use this company ever.

I placed an order with Discount Cricket Outlet for a cricket bag for my son's birthday. It was shown as in stock and the website specified that in most cases where an item was in stock it would be dispatched same day or next day. The email confirmation stated that I would receive an email on dispatch. When I heard nothing after a few days I tried to call, eventually getting through to someone who answered the phone "All Rounder Cricket" (company takeover/merger??). He was very helpful but told me that the item was not yet in stock and was in fact on a ship between Australia and the UK - he apologised that the website stated that it was in stock and said he'd speak to the IT team about updating it. In the meantime he promised that the item was due to arrive by 18th Nov and that he would make sure it was dispatched same day as I needed it for my son's birthday on 20th. I have been trying to call today to verify that this has happened and the number I used before is out of service, and there is no response on the other number, regardless of which option I select.
I think this is a very shady organisation and have doubts over whether I will ever receive the item - if I could contact anyone I would cancel the order and go elsewhere! My son is going to be disappointed as it is now too late to get the item in time for his birthday.
Avoid this company.

If i could give this company ZERO stars i would! This company doesn't deserve this one star it has received.

I ordered the World Cup T-Shirt back in July and i have STILL not received my order!

The company was very quick to take my money for a "pre-order" of the shirt but as soon as i asked for a refund that was a no no!

I dread to think how much money this company has conned out of people and saddens me that at such a momentous occasion of England winning the world cup is darkened by such a SHAM of a company!

Dreadful company - avoid at all costs. Showed cricket shirt as "in stock" with 3-5 days delivery time so ordered for a child's birthday back in July. Never arrived so asked for a refund (with a very disappointed little boy on his birthday). They refused to give me a refund and did not send cricket shirt. When I chased up (for a refund again) they instead sent me the shirt I no longer wanted - in November! Never answered the phone either. So disappointed on all fronts.

World Cup shirt ordered in July, now it’s November and not delivered. I called them and they referred me to a fictitious email, which they promised to resend... never received. Something very fishy going on here I think.

Terrible. Ordered a World Cup Cricket shirt in July. Still not received. They are thieves. I’m going to get advice as I am not going to let them get away with it. They need to be shut down. Contacting the FCA to get advice.

Rip-off company. Ordered a cricket helmet via All Rounder Cricket. Then got emails saying this is trading as Discount Cricket. Then found out it was not in stock. 3 weeks later nothing. Ignoring my attempts to contact them. Do not use.

I Ordered a cricket World Cup shirt back in July and still haven’t received it in October. Apparently no refund or exchange as ‘special order’ Advertised as delivery within a few days. No notifications from them as to what’s happening. When it arrives it probably won’t fit my daughter anymore. Apalling customer service advise to shop elsewhere.

Terrible company! Ordered a cricket shirt in July, only to find, after I did all the chasing it was not in stock. They dont answer emails, they dont answer calls. Eventually I got an email after many sent to be told I should receive my item in September/October! Still nothing and still not responding to emails and other contact. Avoid, avoid AVOID!!

Beyond awful .Not even cheaper than competition . Customer service non existent don’t answer calls or emails . Ordered bat to be knocked in and oiled .All they did was put a cheap poly cover on . Don’t believe the fake reviews either “ I spoke to Dave and he was amazing “ etc etc and other nonsense

I ordered a cricket bat for my sons birthday - after chasing it repeatedly - they offered to send me some rubbish bat instead which ive declined and now they wont refund me.
I have subsequently read many negative reviews about this company on this and other similar websites . I am going to take them to the small claims court as they cant be allowed to get away with this..
