The product and service was excellent but courier delivery very poor - did not follow instructions on the door so the parcel was sopping wet when my neighbour told me it was there. Would use this company again though.

EVRI a disaster
Ordered on a Sunday evening so didn’t expect parcel until Tuesday. Monday was a terrible day, pouring of rain all day and extremely windy, on Tuesday as I was going to be out I went round to unlock side gate and put a note on front door to leave parcel behind back gate.To my horror there was my parcel, sopping wet. It had been thrown over 6 foot gate and left all day and night, no note or card through letterbox to say it had been delivered.
I phoned Discounted Cleaning who were very apologetic. I said I was amazed that my parcel was delivered the next day and they explained that they work 7 days a week. They are going to take this up with EVRI.
EVRI didn’t know what was in my parcel but still threw it over the gate, it could have smashed and given the weather, been ruined. No note, nothing!!
From a exceptional turn around from Discount clearing EVRI have let them down terribly.
