i cannot advise strongly enough - do not use this company!
i purchased an item in August this year to date October 2018 i have still not received or had any refund ( £40 +)
this company is not reputable and action needs to be taken

Ordered item over six weeks ago. Still not received. Several emails to company. Terrible customer service. I have now asked for a refund but have been told they will not do this but can return the item once I have received it. Bit difficult to do if haven't received it in the first place. Take my advice, DON'T buy anything from this company. Not to be trusted.

Placed an order on Oct. 5th. After 2 weeks without any information on my order and the down payment paid, I called them. I was told that they received my payment and the guy was sure the items would ship the next day. Well a week went by and still nothing shipped and now my first payment had been taken out and i'd received nothing! So I called again and was told that an order could not ship until all items were available and ready to be shipped. That being said I was told that the electronic items I had ordered were what was holding the order up. After another week, calling again and multiple emails with broken promises from CSR's and Supervisors I finally started receiving items. I received over the coarse of a week all of the low priced items, including the electronics that were supposedly holding the order up but I DID NOT receive the three most expensive items that totalled over 3/4 of the price of my order. I called again and was told they would call the warehouse to find out what was wrong and then call me back that day. After waiting until they were getting ready to close, I called back and got a different person that then told me they had CANCELLED my remaining items WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR NOTIFYING ME, therefore I would not be receiving them. No compensation was offered and they would not even partially refund the first payment that was over half the total cost of the items I actually received. Stay away from this company! Its all false promises and terrible customer service. I work for Amazon Customer service so I know how good even a negative experience can be when the customer, their feelings, and the companies failed promises are actually taken into consideration! So disappointed in both the customer service and in the fact I will not be getting the bed that I actually needed because I am currently sleeping on the floor. Such a bad experience! Stay Away!

Ebay store steals money, thieves, ***AVOID***

Ordered item one day and it was delivered the next. No problems at at all. Good service. Good customer service as I sent email re delivery. They replied immediately.

I ordered an iPhone 7 and an entertainment stand with built in electric fireplace on 12/7/2016. By February I had not received my items and I had received an email in December that it would ship in 2-3 weeks. No response when I emailed. I emailed again on 4/4/17 as I STILL had not received the items and I got a response that my money would be refunded within 21 business days and now it is 5/16/2017 and I STILL have not received my refund and never got a response as to why I never received my items in the first place. I believe this company is a scam if you order from them directly!

i have tried not once but twice to do business with this company and both times it is ended up with a shipping problem and or delay. Do not do business with this horrible company.

Ordered on 12/10. Called to cancel on 1/2 after I got the notification my first payment would be taken from my account the following day, even though they still had not even shipped my order. I called to cancel and was told I still would have the payment taken from my account because it takes 5 days for a cancellation to go thru. Ridiculous, why would you charge me for something you never even sent.... this company is a joke, they really need to come up with a plan to reduce the wait time for shipping orders. If they had at least shipped the order then I would not have cancelled but they still can't even give me a estimated ship date.

Horrible!!! Placed an order over a month ago. Was approved for a decent limit. They took the first payment from my account. Several emails by me requesting to cancel and refund. Never a response. Called and got bounced around then disconnected. Called again, same thing. They should be shut down and arrested for extortion.

I placed an order made a down payment and thought that it would be shipped the next day.3 emails to them and 2 weeks later they tell me they cancelled my order no explanation no nothing. Again another email sent to them and 3 days later they tell me that they couldn't get authorization from my bank so they cancelled my order. Now how did they take the down payment from same bank? Then they mailed me a check for my down payment which I gad to deposit and wait for it to clear. Then they saud I cant try again for 1 month. Crap Crap Crap!!!

This fake catalog stole money from my account through the false advertising..promising to ship my item I made payment on..after not receiving anything I was also notified via text msg the following week that I was late on a 38.50 payment when it's only 7 per week. When i called in the super low volume porn customer service dude asked fifty questions that basically would be consider contact by contract for billing and add more debt. Everytime you call in and verify the security questions its like resigning a contract by contact. Now i will alert fraud protection at my bank...They think I'm stupid but I will have all my troubles compensated. This Company are theives that post as legitimate merchandising credit rebuild company when I'm fact they don't even report to the three credit bureaus...these frauds are luring and preying on ppl who'd just want to fix their credit...i will laugh the best

TERRIBLE experience! I've ordered a block of knives, paid £4,99 for delivery and after ONE MONTH I have not received it yet. I've called and emailed many times. Emails take ages to get a response from and very hard to get your call picked up when you are phoning. I have asked for refund about a week ago and since that no one has replied my messages!! There is absolutely no customer care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Karcher Pressure Washer through Amazon on a Saturday evening. It arrived on Monday morning, so despite other reviewers having bad experience with the delivery service, my personal experience was exceptional.
The product arrived well packaged and boxed, all the additional items that came with the product were present, the product is fantastic and I have had absolutely no problems with it all.
You can only review your own experience, and mine is exemplary.

I have now been without my steam generator iron for four weeks. In a busy working household of five, i relied heavily upon this piece of equipment. Despite still being under the two year warranty that came standard with the machine, i have contacted yourselves no less than seven times regarding this matter and to no avail. I have emailed you and got no response, then i tried the customer service number you provide which is an automated answering service which just refers you back to the email option. I am still left in limbo regarding this matter. How you can still be in business while not providing any customer service to your buyers is beyond me!!! I will be spreading the word regarding your company and recommending that people buy their good elsewhere. I would rather pay more for an item if i know i will get the sufficient customer service thats supposed to come with the unit!!!

Ordered the villaware coffee machine with the groupon voucher - as we were away for a few days waited to order when we returned. Sent within a few days, but got lost in the yobbo system - telephoned "discount emporium" after emails were not answered - a wonderful lady chased it up with the yobbos, and as soon as it became clear that it was "lost" sent out a replacement via parcelforce - this arrived the next day.
Would I use them again - probably - but I think their customer service dept (not sure there's more than one person) needs sizing to cater for the volume of calls when a groupon offer is live -- Also PLEASE STOP USING YOBBOS.

Fantastic Product and exceptional service and Delivery,
I bought through Groupon and was amazed at the speed of the delivery I was expecting it to take 28 days but I had my product within 14 days. The packing and the product were both fantastic and I have tried my Steam Mop and it is amazing. I would recommend both companies to all of my family and friends without reservation.

Found the service timely and the goods arrived as promised. Delighted with my clean floors from the VAX bought through Groupon!

I ordered a Vax carpet washer through Groupon. Was not impressed with the speed of delivery - the company failed to realise that if good service was given to people with a voucher, they were more likely to return to the site! The item developed a fault almost immediately. The website states they have a "no quibble" returns policy. I filled in the online form and waited 2 days before they responded, informing me I would receive a returns label (which never arrived). They also wanted me to take the item to a depot which was a 30 minute drive from where I live, and then it would be a further 7 days before a replacement would be sent out. In the end I contacted Vax and they had a replacement item on my doorstep within 3 days - now THAT is no-quibble returns!

Product was fine, but awful waste of money for delivery and Discount Emporium just seem to act as a conduit for Groupon... 10 days when paying for shipping is "For Orders Placed Before 11am We Aim to Expedite Next Day Delivery Where Possible (Excepting Weekends" - Groupon orders take 10 days! What rot, won't bother again, not a massive saving BUT was a massive wait...
